Worst shop I ever went to. Dude kept dicking me around. Said he would be there first thing in the morning didn't show up till after 1 pm. Took 6-1/2 hours to get a part that was only 4 hours away. Even tho he knew I was on a time limit. One of the employees reaked the booze. read more

Very expensive !! Not good service, either waited for 7 hours on a tow, and was told he's on his way and it didn't get towed until the next day. And then when I talked to the tow truck driver, he said, the guy didn't even order him until the next day, so they lied, also. If we could give a 0 stars we would. They took 4 days to repair a harness on our truck. When we asked for the reciept of the new harness they said they would send it. They charged us 8K and wanted to charge another 4K for the CPC that they started work on without consulting us without giving us an estimate. We had to pick up our truck with our tow truck and brought it to our mechanic and all they did was twist some wires around. read more

I called and they said the technician was "on his way." He never showed up and they completely ghosted me from that point on. Wish I could give this shop negative points. Went there to get out front brakes changed and bill came out $1377.00 and for the same job, I had paid less than $400 on another truck at a different shop. A) He put $200.00 freight charges for getting the set of brakes and did not once inform us that he was getting brakes from El Paso or informed me about the charge to get the part. Otherwise, I would have asked my driver to head towards El Paso to get it fixed. B) He charged $390 for the brakes and when I informed him that it cost no more than $200, he replies "That is my mark up." Shops charge 15%-20% in mark up all over the country but he set a record.That is price gouging and against TX state law. I checked the price of the brakes from where he got it and it is less than $185. AVOID AT ALL COST. I WILL MAKE SURE HE SUFFER CONSEQUENCES WITH THE HELPOF STATE OF TX FOR LOOTING TRUCKERS SO HE WON'T DO IT AGAIN TO FELLOW TRUCKERS. read more

Straight BS!!! I called this place an hour ago when I was an hour away. And explain to them that all I need was a simple oil drain, and I have a time-sensitive load and I only had 30 minutes. The kid said to go to the shop and his dad would be back from lunch. Well here I am a half an hour later, time wasted, and still have my issue, and there's nobody here on the grounds and the door to the "business" is locked with a padlock There's actually another truck driver that told me he's been sitting here since 8:00 a.m. because they apparently 'fixed' his radiator yesterday, and now it's blowing coolant out of the top of the reservoir and the poor guy is waiting on somebody to come help him. That's a testimonial to the work they do here, and he warned me without warning me. I'm out of here, and I wouldn't suggest calling them, especially in an emergency. I'm an owner operator. 5days ago 2/18/23. I was traveling thru van horn and in need of a replacement fuel filter also had a battery cable issue whereas I had two batteries installed by a different supplier and the cables were connected wrong. wasn't charging and I didn't have a multi meter to figure out how they belonged. called Dices for repairs. Two hours to change a fuel filter (30mins to go get it from Napa) shou have been a 15 min change plus time to get it 45 mins. Not to mention the guy trying to do it figured out which filter wrench to use by the third attempt at simply removing a fuel filter. then he was helpful with the cables but if I hadn't been assisting he seemed unsure of what to do next. in fact I figured it out and problem solved. So I get the bill. it sucked but that's what people come to expect when they need repairs while traveling and Dices diesel doesn't disappoint you. Over priced over rated and under experienced service is what you get. I can accept that and move along But the invoice was made out to the company I'm leased with and I have been texting emailing and calling them for 5 days to simply resend it with my name after all I paid it with a bank card in my name. I had one reply the day of service and then they fell off the face of the earth. what a loser rip off bunch of thieving idiots. God Bless anyone stuck with these clowns. DO NOT USE!! I am an owner operator and was making a delivery headed out of Marfa. Fuel gauge was broken and ran out of fuel; 45 mile round trip for technician to bring fuel. The technician that arrived 2.5 hrs later was kind and helpful. Shop charged $612.00 just for delivery of fuel. SHAMEFUL!!! read more

We were very disappointed in Dice and amount he charged. It seems excessive to charge $150 for service call and $175 /hour for a minimum of 2.5 hours. Suggest getting a quote before having them come out. His crew was pleasant and capable and did a good job. We had a minimal job that took about an hour. They moved a generator exhaust pipe back to the proper location and secured it on our RV. His initial bill was over $600! Don't do what we did! Get a quote first! read more
