Leo's Auto Care drove 2 hours to get me off the side of the road during a road trip I took traveling alone with my Chihuahua. They were an absolutely nice couple that also allowed me to do something that they don't usually do. They let my dog ride in their vehicle. I was so thankful for their help and would recommend them to anyone in their area that needs Auto Care assistance. *****

Recently I purchased a 2003 Suburban from JD's Auto Sales in Van Horn, TX, and I was so pleased,…read morethat I absolutely had to write a fantastic review for them. First off, JD and his wife were wonderful to work with. They are so kind, friendly and pleasant people. Everything about the purchase was organized, punctual, hassle free and just plain easy put together. The best auto purchase experience I've ever had, by far, above and beyond my expectations. And, I love the vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for, and it is a perfect addition to my other trucks, at the price I was looking for, completely pleased with the deal. When I picked up the Suburban, I used it to haul back the truck I drove out with, and it hauled my other truck with my motorcycle on back, impeccably ...totally cool! The Suburban is awesome, completely pleased, and JD's Auto Sales is the place to go, if you're in the market for a used truck or vehicle. I highly recommend going there, check out their inventor, talking to them, and buying one of their fine quality used trucks/ vehicles.

When I looked this business up, it was listed as open 24 hours, which is why I drove there. When I…read morearrived, there was nobody at the shop, so I had to call the number listed for the business. The individual who answered told me it would be approximately $260 for someone to come look at my truck because it was "after hours." What I couldn't understand was how I was being charged an after-hours service fee when the business was listed as open 24 hours and I was already physically at the shop. I wasn't asking for roadside assistance or a tow. I had a low tire that appeared to have a leaking valve, and I had already driven the truck directly to them. I tried explaining the situation, but there was no flexibility. From my experience, the conversation was more focused on collecting the approximately $260 charge than on finding out what was actually wrong with my tire or seeing whether it could be quickly repaired so I could safely get back on the road.

Called Manuel at 5:30pm. He was at our campsite within 10 minutes and went to work. He found the leak behind the shower and removed the old hose. Manuel went to a local hardware shop and found a similar hose and clamps getting us back to good in an hour! Honest, hardworking, and worked a little magic for us for a reasonable fee...no more leak! Yeah, hope you never get stuck in Van Horn during a holiday weekend. Broke down about 30 miles…read morefrom.Van Horn and my car was towed to this place by the tow truck who wax buddies with the owner of M & M. Couldn't figure out the issue with my car despite having it for 4 days. Since there are no Uber's or Taxi's out there and it's 120 miles to El Paso, had to get a ride from his uncle or someone like that to take me to the El Paso airport where I could get a rental to visit my Dad in Arizona. Think they took full advantage of me and my situation. Tow truck overcharged me for the tow and then Celso with his inability to fix my car. Ended up selling car to him and off course he didn't fully pay me once he got the title. So yeah, hope this never happened to you. My bad luck to get stuck and then run into these guys.

But discussions with them didn't help, involved towing, limited miles and gave us number of places 35 miles away to call.
