He was always friendly, attentive, and right on the money when he let you know what your vehicle required. I always felt better and safer when I left his shop. He has a heart of gold and a kind soul and was willing to work with you if you needed your automobile fixed and was short on cash. The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.

This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car.
