They lost my credit card information after I gave it to them, didn't communicate to me their standards as far as how to fill the dumpster and when they picked up the dumpster they left junk all over the lawn, and they hit our new house and caused damage to the siding. After multiple attempts to call them to inquire about these issues I was able to get a hold of them. When I confronted them about the damage to our house Frank the owner screamed at me over the phone cursing and using vulgarity. This is not the way a company should Treat customers. All I wanted was to talk about it not get yelled at.

I mean I've probably have gotten thousands of dumpsters in my life and this was the WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life . I couldn't use my regular Disposal Company due to the proximity of my project so I figured I'd try these guys for the first time . I don't even know how I could possibly articulate how bad this company is . I called for a dumpster removal at my job site on Thursday and they didn't grab it until Wednesday 7 Days Later . I called every single day saying that it needs to go immediately because I have concrete coming for my trench drain. I scheduled my jobs hour by hour and day by day and I will never ever use this company again. I must have talked to three or four people over those 6 days of begging them to please get rid of this dumpster they all made a very clear that they could care less about my business. They would say I'm trying our best , we're trying to find a driver, he's leaving now and heading to your job site but never showed up , I don't even want to go on anymore . I'm probably going to need another couple thousand dumpsters for my job sites in the future and they lost all of them for one 30-yard dumpster . Although it doesn't seem like they care the way I was treated and talked to.

They miss picking up weekly trash that they are contracted by the Town to do. That's fine it…read morehappens but when you call them 3 times, leave one message and email them asking for it to be picked up and they never do it is unacceptable. They tell you everytime you call "don't worry they will be there today"....or...."your on the list today" but they never show up. I would call that lying to the Customer. Mind you it was not just our house they missed but 2 other houses on our driveway. Very poor service.
