The fine print is deliberately written to lock you in, very much like a predatory car loan, and once you sign, getting out is nearly impossible. The terms are buried, unclear, and overwhelmingly one-sided. They make it easy to sign and nearly impossible to leave. This feels intentional and unethical. Customer flexibility does not exist, and transparency is nonexistent. I regret ever doing business with them and strongly warn others to stay far away unless you enjoy being stuck in a contract you can't escape.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. For months we've been calling to have our trash picked up and to pay our final bill, yet our trash has repeatedly been left sitting while we continue to be charged. Every time we call, we get a different answer. The representatives we've spoken with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once during our previous calls did anyone mention that we were supposedly under a contract. Now, after months of trying to resolve this, we're suddenly being told we're stuck in a contract and will continue to be charged anyway. It's incredibly convenient that this information only appeared after we questioned the ongoing charges. It's unacceptable to bill customers for a service you're not providing. Expecting people to continue paying while failing to pick up their trash is bad enough, but treating customers with disrespect on top of it is even worse. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. If you value honest communication, reliable service, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.

I called every single day saying that it needs to go immediately because I have concrete coming for my trench drain. I must have talked to three or four people over those 6 days of begging them to please get rid of this dumpster they all made a very clear that they could care less about my business. They would say I'm trying our best , we're trying to find a driver, he's leaving now and heading to your job site but never showed up , I don't even want to go on anymore . I specifically noted it was a two person job. They gave me a quote (around $100). I sent them photos of the sofas to ensure the accuracy of their quote and they increased it by $58, which was fine. On the date of pick up, only one hauler showed up. A super skinny, 30 something year old showed. He had no tools, and NO MASK. He clearly couldn't lift the sofas on his own and my father, who has a heart condition and who didn't want to haul the sofas because of it, ended up carrying the other end, just to help the kid out. I immediately and angrily reached out to customer service. They offered to send another team but by then my dad and the hauler had taken the sofas downstairs via the building elevator. I said they had blatantly lied and demanded a refund. They told me to cancel the job on their app in order to get a refund, and I did. They didn't tell me that once I cancelled, the hauler would not receive a dime. So the man they sent went NUTS. He stormed into the building and dragged one of the sofas into the elevator and left it in there as revenge. The other sofa he left in the middle of the street where cars were passing. My building super screamed bloody murder at me, as he should have. I called the company and asked that they send someone right away. I told them that as an attorney, I'd make sure they are liable for the damage to the building elevator and liable if anyone got into an accident because of the sofa in the middle of the street. They had the gall to tell me to "reorder" another team to pick up the mess they made. I told them I wouldn't pay a dime and demanded to speak to a manger, which never happened. The customer service lady said she'd ask the company management team to take care of it. An hour passed with the sofa still in the middle of the street. The company got back to me only to say they'd schedule someone if I paid. I told them to do whatever only to get the freaking sofas out of the elevator and street. They said they'd send another two haulers ASAP. Another THREE hours passed and ONE hauler showed up (AGAIN). AND they charged my credit card. Take my advice, please. Go literally anywhere else. This company is not worth your time, health, or money. Also they clearly mistreat their workers and don't pay them when there is a dispute OR their workers are INSANE and mentally unstable.
