She listened to me regarding my daughter and even suggested she could have ADHD as well since Autism and ADHD can go hand in hand and she explained it to me in a way that makes sense. I had read reviews before I came in and was a little nervous, but I thought she was really nice and I felt satisfied with how the appointment went and definitely recommend to not let negative or bad reviews deter you from seeing her. :) Thank you.

This woman nearly ruined my life in the early 2000s. I was a teenager struggling with an autoimmune…read moreillness that caused a serious hormonal imbalance, leaving me severely depressed and feeling completely unlike myself. I needed compassion, competent guidance, and support. Instead, Mary treated me with suspicion, judgment, and an absolutely appalling lack of professionalism. She repeatedly interrogated me about whether I was sexually active or smoked cigarettes, even though I consistently told her that I did neither. She instigated conflict between my parents and me, attributed statements to me that I never made, and discussed other patients' confidential information during appointments that were supposed to be devoted to counseling my family and me. Mary also required me to complete an extremely intrusive questionnaire filled with explicit and uncomfortable questions. When my answers did not support the conclusions she had apparently already drawn about me, she accused me of lying and "putting her on." She then claimed that my answers somehow proved I was keeping secrets. She contacted my academic counselor at school, leaving me feeling completely humiliated and embarrassed. She also told my parents that I should not be allowed to have a lock on my bedroom door and instructed them to place me on "suicide watch," despite the fact that I had never once expressed any desire or intention to harm myself or anyone else. Mary also recommended that my parents throw away my makeup and anything she considered "goth" or "punk." She made me feel like some kind of mutant simply because I liked alternative styles and convinced my parents that the way I dressed was a "cry for help." I am now nearly 42 years old, and I still cannot believe the lasting trauma she caused during an already vulnerable period of my life. If dressing goth was supposedly my "cry for help," then I guess I am still crying...because I still dress alt/goth. I also have a stable, well-paying career, own my home, and have no debt. My personal style was never the problem. As for the autoimmune illness and hormonal imbalance she apparently failed to understand, I am still dealing with the medical consequences and will require hormone replacement for the rest of my life. There was no hidden "cry for help" in my clothing or makeup. The only cry for help was coming from my body, which was telling me that something was medically wrong. More than two decades later, I remain deeply disturbed by the way Mary treated me and the damage she caused within my family. This review reflects my firsthand experience as her patient. If you want to be mentally and verbally toyed with while your family dynamic is completely disrupted, Mary may be the person for you. Everyone else -- especially parents seeking compassionate, nonjudgmental care for a vulnerable teenager -- should stay away.

I've never written a review like this but I feel like I owe it to people who are in need. If you…read moreare looking for quality mental health services, DO NOT come here. One of my children went through 3 different therapists in 6 months & I myself saw the Dr in charge there & every single time I left feeling worse & more confused. Not to mention the rude receptionist who will never treat you cordially or with respect that patients deserve. Don't waste your hard earned money or your valuable time here. Go somewhere that will actually give you the help that you deserve.

There are roaches in the therapy room. They also don't list on their website that it's a majority of graduate students seeing patients, which is fine, a lot of the grad students care more than people who have gotten their licenses and stopped caring. But it should still be stated that you'll likely be seen by a student therapist. There are no licensed clinicians except for the owner's son (Dr. Ian, I think), which I really odd for a family to own a clinic together. Seems like some ethical standards are being broken, surely you can't expect them to remain impartial, nepotism is going to happen when you work with loved ones. Also, why would you want to work with your family? There's just not a lot of diversity with the staff, no one there speaks Spanish. It's required by law for them to have a translator or a Spanish-speaking therapist. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere before you regress.

DO NOT SEE DR. SINGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I had a Zoom appointment on 5/27/26 with Karambir Singh, PA at Mind Divers in Tulare, CA (NPI #1215404140) and it was honestly one of the worst mental health appointments I have ever experienced. The appointment lasted only about 15 minutes, yet within that short amount of time he was already telling me I was misdiagnosed with ASD/ADHD and that what I was experiencing was just depression and anxiety. This was without reviewing my psychological evaluation report, without reviewing prior records and without even fully hearing my history. What made the situation worse was that it became obvious he had not even read the detailed intake questions and answers I completed before the appointment. I had spent time filling everything out thoroughly to help the provider understand my background, symptoms, struggles and history, yet during the appointment it felt like he knew almost nothing about what I had already submitted. He did ask about my prescription history, but because I have had years of treatment and multiple medications, I explained that I could send him a detailed medication report so he could accurately review everything instead of relying on memory alone. He did not want it. Neither did he ask for my psychological report for my diagnosis. As I tried explaining myself, I felt interrupted, talked over, dismissed and judged throughout the appointment. Instead of trying to understand me as a patient, it felt like assumptions were being made within minutes of meeting me. Toward the end of the appointment, I asked him what he specialized in and even asked for his name because the appointment had become so uncomfortable. Instead of professionally answering, I was told I could "do my own research." I have been in therapy and mental health treatment for many years and have gone through formal evaluations. I understand not every provider is the right fit, but this experience felt cold, rushed, dismissive and careless from beginning to end. This is my personal experience and opinion, but I would not recommend this provider to autistic, ADHD, or neurodivergent patients looking for someone who takes time to listen before making conclusions.
