I've never written a review like this but I feel like I owe it to people who are in need. If you…read moreare looking for quality mental health services, DO NOT come here. One of my children went through 3 different therapists in 6 months & I myself saw the Dr in charge there & every single time I left feeling worse & more confused. Not to mention the rude receptionist who will never treat you cordially or with respect that patients deserve. Don't waste your hard earned money or your valuable time here. Go somewhere that will actually give you the help that you deserve.

There are roaches in the therapy room. They also don't list on their website that it's a majority of graduate students seeing patients, which is fine, a lot of the grad students care more than people who have gotten their licenses and stopped caring. But it should still be stated that you'll likely be seen by a student therapist. There are no licensed clinicians except for the owner's son (Dr. Ian, I think), which I really odd for a family to own a clinic together. Seems like some ethical standards are being broken, surely you can't expect them to remain impartial, nepotism is going to happen when you work with loved ones. Also, why would you want to work with your family? There's just not a lot of diversity with the staff, no one there speaks Spanish. It's required by law for them to have a translator or a Spanish-speaking therapist. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere before you regress.
