I have four children who needed an assessment done prior to an adoption. We made our appointments…read morewith weeks to spare prior to when the reports needed to be completed. Each time we went to our appointments we waited 20-30 minutes to be seen. This included our final appointments where went over the reports and he cut us short because he had another appointment. We asked for revisions, the second one because the first had typos and incorrect information as things were copied and pasted from one report to another. Information such as the children's ages, same ages for multiple children. He told us no. He wasn't even willing to look at them. He said he gathered the information from the forms we turned in and that we turned in only 2/4 children's form. We had handed the office multiple copies and even brought in copies when they said they didn't get it and it was still misplaced. I would not recommend this Dr. Zimmerman, he is more concerned about billing insurances then he is about calling you back, making it to his appointments in time, or fixing his mistakes. I am very disappointed in the service I received here. If at all possible go somewhere else.

Our intro call was more like a pontificating sales call, telling me why he was the right therapist for us and what I was doing wrong. I figured, if anything, I'd just buy the book and see if any of it works. Why would I pay hundreds of dollars an hour to hear him talk and talk and talk? Instead, we found another therapist way more in tune with what was being shared, and at a lesser fee. Buyer beware!
