I found her office staff very friendly, very involved in the entire process. I felt like I was in competent hands and experienced successful resolution of a problem that had confused 2 other doctors before. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart.

I have to disagree entirely with the other reviewer…read more First of all, god help you if you're in a position to see someone like Dr. Stewart. That's already misery enough. Living with a sick vulva is a special kinda of pain that very few doctors understand; not to mention the symptoms are practically invisible to the naked eye, and do a lot to make life unbearable. My experience with Dr. Stewart and her clinic: it took 3 months to get an appointment. I was excited to see someone who is widely recognized as being at the top of her field. The excitement quickly dissipated. Her front office staff was abrupt and unpleasant. After waiting in the front room for more than 90 minutes for a 9:30am appointment, I was finally ushered into a tiny back room (4ft x 8ft)--where I sat in a paper gown for nearly another hour. It was a dehumanizing experience. I won't go into my own personal details; that I will spare you. Suffice it to say, Dr. Stewart misdiagnosed me based upon scar tissue from a previous biopsy and then handed me 2 prescriptions for drugs that I had already tried months earlier, which were unhelpful. When I asked for clarification, I was told that I had "not really taken that drug yet." When I pulled out the drug from my bag, the RN claimed it was the wrong dose. When she looked at the dose, it was the same as the prescription. Then the RN claimed that I had simply not taken the drug correctly. I'm a firm believer that you don't insult people's intelligence while they sit in paper gowns; but that's just me. I really wanted to like Dr. Stewart and her vulvovaginal specialty office. Unfortunately, it was a miserable experience. If you have full-fledged vulvodynia, then she might be able to help you. If you have something less-documented (as if that were even possible), then good luck to you. Find another clinic.

Don't go here!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I felt like…read moreDr. Millar had no interest in getting to know me and understand how I feel rather than to get me out of there. I told her about my anxiety and things and she went and told me every worse case scenario and then shamed me for how much weight I've gained in the past year and never listened to how I felt. You walk in and it's like being slapped with body sculpting and thin women advertisements plastered everywhere. If you have any sort of self image issues DO NOT come here. The staff is friendly and understanding but I was very unhappy with Dr. Millar and how she treated me. Felt judged the whole appointment and left feeling extremely guilty. Never going back.

After my first visit with Dr. Millar I learned to request an appointment with the nurse practicioner who was everything a dr should be but sadly she is now gone. Dr. Millar is very very rough to the point of pain. She will do unnecessary testing just because insurance will pay for it. She is very untimely (waiting for 45 minutes with a paper robe on is not anyone's idea of fun). I fully understand that emergencies come up and that she is a dr after all- but don't put patients in rooms to have them disrobe if she is running 45 minutes behind. At my last appointment she retook my family history as if it was my first time visiting... The office itself is so disorganized. They are constantly confusing my sister and my records and insurances. I have been frequently checked in as my sister for them to say-oh your not due for your examine where I then have to look at the record myself and explain well that because this record is not mine... For the last 4 years I have had the same insurance-yet I was billed in full for my last visit because they don't have my insurance on record. REALLY? REALLY? This last visit will definitely be my last. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Chun is the best doctor I have ever had. I had Class 1 HELLP Syndrome in a previous pregnancy,…read moreso when choosing an ob-gyn, I needed to select a provider who had the knowledge of how to give me appropriate care, but also listen to me and take any concerns/side effects that I experience with the upmost concern. Dr. Chun is very educated, informative, and respectful to his patients. Additionally, all of the front desk staff and nurses are kind, personable, and professional. Any of my concerns are addressed with the upmost care. Despite Massachusetts being an area dense with top rated medical care, you'd be shocked to know how many ob-gyn are quick to shrug their patients off, thus resulting in awful outcomes for mothers and infants. Dr. Chun's expertise, coupled with the wonderfully pleasant demeanor of the staff, create nothing short of a 5 star experience.

Don't do it. As a woman who has never gone through this experience before do not trust this office…read moreto provide appropriate care. Some things to anticipate if you work with this group. -Expect your appointment to be canceled an hour before. - Expect to show up to your scheduled appointment and be notified it never had been booked or even ordered by the provider. - You will not receive any information about your genetics testing results. If you request the results they will call you 4 days later. - They will refuse to provide you with a basic ultrasound, which is standard at nearby facilities. Their reasoning will be it is " not covered by your insurance and there is no need if you have a heartbeat". This is absolutely covered by your insurance and in fact you should have two ultrasounds before your anatomy scan. - You might as well buy your own blood pressure cuff and Doppler off of Amazon because that is the extent of the care they will provide to you. - Don't expect a call back when you need the provider's assistance because they will never be in the office and there will be no alternative provider that they can utilize. - If the practice is poorly run then you at least hope the provider is absolutely incredible and personable. Don't wait to see if you love the provider you have been matched with because they will be " fine" and not justify the lack of care you have receive prior to that point.
