Dr. Lee has been a great doctor to my grandmother for the last 8 years and I am grateful for that. She listens to you, she is accommodating of your needs. She is also very knowledgeable in a set of surprisingly broad topics. Dr Lee is a problem solver. She listens well and gives very practical advice and solutions. When my grandma visits she feel like She is tackling each of her health problems in an ordered list. I had an appointment with Dr. Lee on June 15, 2026. I paid my copay, waited 30 minutes for her to see me. In her office she seemed to be desheveled, couldn't find any of my scans, xrays, or referral from my doctor. Didn't ask me any questions, nothing. Told me she would call me. Let me give you reasons why you do not want to go here.. 1. They will absolutely charge you $200 upfront before you can talk to the dr even if you have In Network insurance and an FSA/HSA account. 2. They submitted the claim with the incorrect diagnosis code and the claim denied. It took me over a month with countless calls and chats to my insurance and this office to resolve 3. I'm still waiting for my $200 back (2 months later) after the insurance PAID IN FULL). Based on other reviews, this looks to be the norm. 4. When I walked into the room to talk to Dr Lee, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad I started coughing and the lady at the front had to open all the windows. 5. The appt lasted 5 min or less and all she did was say I'm normal but ordered an MRI After this nightmare, I am never coming back and definitely not getting that MRI! I must concur with the sentiment of most who have written about Dr. Lee and her front staff person. It seems more than a bit shady to me that the front desk person wanted to charge me $150 because she said that my deductible was not met. I have very good insurance and Dr. Lee is in-network for me. I explained to Ms. Front desk that whether or not my deductible was met was irrelevant and that all I owed for the visit was my co-pay. This was an issue that was only resolved when I called my insurance and after a lot of back and forth. So, do they get away with this with all of their patients? What about those that are truly sick, disoriented or elderly and don't realize that they should not be paying such a high fee? When I brought this up with Dr. Lee she was defensive, belligerent and started to raise her voice. Furthermore, each time that I have seen her she is perplexed and disorganized. She has trouble finding information in my chart and it is extremely disconcerting that when I mention a symptom that I ham having she repeats it to herself four times as though she is trying to "figure it out". The minor issues that I have had are commonplace, not complex. Very disappointing. read more

STAY AWAY. RUN. Neurologists are known for not wanting to hear anything you say that doesn't concisely & immediately answer their question before shutting you down but she really takes the cake. I honestly questioned if she should be evaluated for memory issues herself since she could barely track our brief conversation at each appointment. By my 2nd appointment I was so fed up with being asked the same question in rapid succession & being talked over that I lost my patience when I was asked "Have you had an MRI?" "Yes, about 25 years ago." (30 second later she asks): "You've had an MRI recently?" "No. Probably 25 years ago." Then she asked about muscle pain & I opened my mouth to explain that it wasn't a main symptom & she interrupted to say "that's why you were referred here!" (It wasn't. I was self-referred and am very aware of my own symptoms.) So I sat back & asked "Would you like to hear it from me or would you like to read the notes?" Not breaking eye contact with her computer monitor she said "I'd like to hear it from you", not at all grasping why I'd ask. Ultimately she had nothing helpful to say & just told me to go back to my GP (after laughing & sarcastically saying "good luck in school!" because I start grad school soon). Wild. And honestly just the tip of the iceberg with this office. read more

She seemed bewildered by one of the most common problems in neurology; made me wait 45 mins for the appointment; failed to properly fill out a simple referral form, which delayed my treatment by someone more competent, and her English is so poor that I had to ask her to repeat herself again and again. read more

Dr. Lee overprescribed me the wrong medication--one that was too intense and likely for me to get addicted to. In addition, she submitted the wrong MRI test order, the EEG test took an extremeley long time. Dr. Lee is careless in her work and is dishonest. She asks for $200.00 payment up front and said that she will reimburse after receiving the insurance payment. However, I have not received my $200.00 refund and it is a month after my visit. She says that she has refunded me but I have not received anything from her. read more

Dr. Lee is an amazing and compassionate doctor. She is very patient and kind to her patients. She takes very good care of all her patients. Dr. Lee is very knowledgable and understands the patient's conditions. She has a very good relationship with her patient and knows her patients very well. My grandma went to see Dr. Lee recently. I am impressed with how Dr. Lee treated my grandmother with care and compassion. She spent a lot of time to explain to us regarding my grandmother conditions. We are lucky to have Dr. Lee as my Grandmother's neurologist. The office staff is also kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who is looking for a neurologist. read more

Worst, most disorganized doctors' experience of my life. I was going in to be treated for a concussion and I spoke with her maybe 5 minutes tops. I had a condition and was referred from emergency to Dr. Lee for followup. My appointment was for a week later. When I arrived, they were calling my insurance for authorization. Couldn't they have done that prior to my appointment? Dr. Lee wanted me to get an MRI but she needed to get authorization. After 10 days, I called to check on the status but nobody knew what I was talking about and so they decided to start the authorization process. I think Dr. Lee is competent, but she did not exude confidence. read more

Dr. Lee is very professional, repectful to his patients, and very good at accupuncture. My friends' husband went to see Dr. Lee after he had a stroke. He couldn't walk. Dr. Lee did a few months of accupuncture treatments on him , and he finally began to walk. The family is very happy with Dr. Lee. read more

Dr. Lee has been treating me since 2014 after my legs collapsed for no apparent reason. My ankle and knee were sprained during the episode. Dr. Spent a lot of time using diagnostic tests to determine the cause. She discovered a pinched nerve and treated it and send me to rehab to help me walk ok again. She is very kind, patient, and relentless to solve medical problems. She later worked with me to solve an extremely painful case of Siatic Nerve Pain in my hip, leg and ankle area. Tests narrowed the problem to a bulging disk. She treated the problem with electronic stimulated acupuncture and approved 2 months of therapy at a rehab facility near my home. My sciatica was so severe I wondered if it was curable. The pain to stand and walk was horrific. I am pain free now with all the stretch and exercise tools Dr Lee gave me. She is very knowledgeable, and she and her staffs has really good manner. My mother doesn't speak English, but they have Chinese staff to assist us and that was really helpful. I didn't feel that Dr. Lee was focusing on my problem. I saw her three times and, each time, I had to reiterate to her why I was there! The administrative/billing part of her practice is inefficient. I was required to pay at the time of the office visit and was charged way more than my insurance company said I should have been charged. At one point, the billing department had neglected to submit a claim for one of my office visits. I had to threaten to dispute the charges (which had been applied to my credit card) before the office reimbursed me almost $200. read more

Diane is a super neurologist. My Mom had terrible headaches and depression for years. My Mom had gone to many doctors, with no improvement. Diane diagnosed the problem quickly and my Mom is now feeling great. Dr Lee is always happy to see us and we can get appointments at the times we need them. read more

I am horrified by Dr.? Lee's incompetence. My experience with her included: 1) Expensive and time consuming tests which, per other neurologists, are also unrelated to my condition (not to mention her inability to read the results). 2) Misreading my MRI results to suggest that I had been cured of my chronic, incurable disease to which research clinics and foundations and support groups have been established worldwide. 3) No knowledge of my very expensive ($3000/month) and potentially dangerous medication though it is the primary treatment for my condition - I had to spell it for her and she looked up dosage for the prescription from her phone. 4) Failure to renew my prescription - required for the rest of my life but written for just one month - despite repeated requests by me and the pharmacy, until I threatened to sue her. 5) Refusal to contact my previous and diagnosing neurologist despite his invitation because she was not comfortable that he is from another country and may not speak English. (I was living abroad when diagnosed by a neurologist who spoke English very well.) 6) A lack of English that makes following her directions risky as she does not always say what she means to say - and even her misdirection is difficult to understand. And that's the short version... If you are looking for a neurologist, there is probably little time or room for error. For your life and health, find another neurologist! read more

This Dr. seems only interested in moving patients through her office. Always asking why I was there...did not preview records before I entered her office...over booking patients, I had a 9:00 appointment and saw a waiting list of 4 people ahead of me when I signed in at 8:45 AM. I didn't see her until 9:50 AM, while the waiting area was filling up with no place to sit! When I got in to see her she did not know why I was there, I told her I Got an MRI and Radiography, she had no record of this, lost it, had to contact hospital, even though hospital sent to her, her excuse was that her computer was down (yea...Right). Her assistants don't seem qualified either. I do not recommend her to anyone, unless you want poor service and want to pay a lot, her charges are very high. read more
