I visited a nearby LensCrafter and they said they could do nothing about it but suggested that I try colonial. A senior lady at colonial friendly served me and suggested that my titanium frame could not be repaired, but offered to find me a new frame in one hour. I went to the nearby mall for a walk and when I came back the lady and a male technician had found a frame that matched perfectly with my lenses at a price of $110. They helped put my lenses back in shape in minutes. Totally worththe visit!

They go out of their way to be helpful and their work is superior. We have had our prescriptions filled there for many years. A few years ago, my husband fell from a ladder and his glasses were mangled beyond repair (so we thought). After we left the emergency room, we took his glasses by Colonial. The employee took them in a back room and worked on them for 1/2 hour. He brought them back looking like new and didn't charge us anything. We would highly recommend Colonial to anyone. They continued to upsell me with different items to add to the lenses, but I wasn't concerned because I told them my budget. They never mentioned the cost of the glasses or any of the additional so I thought it was included in the price. We placed the order, but I wasn't concerned never given an itemized receipt. They called 4 days later telling me the glasses were ready for pickup (still no mention of an outstanding balance). My boyfriend picked them up (as I am disabled without a wheelchair). When he came back without the glasses, he said that I owed $419.00. First I heard of this. I called the office and they were very rude, and wouldn't even allow me make payments. They had taken all of my insurance money and kept my glasses. so I filed a claim with my insurance company and got my money back after a month. Just a warning...BEWARE!!

I love that they have where you can call in & speak to a nurse about any questions or concerns you may have about your child. All of the rooms in the office are decorated in different kid themes so that they are less 'scary' to the children...& give them something to focus on other than the scary doctor! Only thing that I dislike about the office is the waiting area. It's very small & although they have a 'well visit' & a 'sick visit' side...your still really close to each other!

She has a calming presence for the overly worried new mom, and address the questions/concerns with importance no matter so nominal they may actually be. She's always been timely which isn't an expectation at a busy office, but is nice, especially with kids in tow. The office staff is also very kind and welcoming and their 7 days a week hours as well as an ability to work you in fast/select walk in appointments is such a convenience!
