My concern is with Michelle, the nurse who did my intake and drew my labs. She had me confused with another patient the moment I walked into the exam room. She kept asking me questions that were wrong and stating things that were incorrect. I had to make sure she was looking at my file and not someone else's. At the end of my visit with Dr Muldoon, she ordered labs and told me to stay in the room because the nurse would draw them there. Michelle came back into the room and had me hold a pillow on my lap while she drew two tubes of blood from my right arm. No chair? No arm rest? Just a random pillow. When I asked her if she drew blood frequently she said "sometimes." When she put the needle in I immediately knew something was wrong. I get labs drawn consistently for other health issues, and had gotten some drawn on my left arm the day before--never had I experienced this kind of pain. It was excruciating! She dug the needle in further and further and struggled to get the two tubes of blood ordered. When she gave me the cotton ball, blood began to soak through it. I knew something wasn't right. I had never bled this much in my life. I began to feel queasy and almost passed out. She had to bring me apple juice and gold fish. That had never happened to me before. I had to lay down on the bed and my husband helped me out of the office. To top it all off, Michelle used a regular Bandaid instead of the tape used at most blood laboratories, it was so painful to take it off a few days later! The next day I couldn't lift anything using that arm. I had a swollen ante-cubital area and it turned from blue to yellow to black. It took me over 3 weeks to fully heal. I work at a hospital and consulted my nursing friends afterwards, they all said I had a bad stick and that Michelle didn't know what she was doing. I wasn't able to go to the gym to lift weights for days and my arm was really swollen and painful. DO NOT GET YOUR LABS DRAWN AT THIS OFFICE! Request the doctor to put in the order and go to a real phlebotomist instead! Trust me! See attached photos at various stages

There is a wonderful digital map on the walk to help locate which office you need to find. Well, I guess that I need to brush up on my map skills, as I could not find this 'first floor' office while standing on what I thought was the first floor. Turns out, when you walk in the door you are in the Ground floor. Walk all of the way to the back and get in the elevator. Then go to the first floor. Anyway, the lobby to Dr. Beman's office is really bright and inviting. The staff was very friendly as well. Dr herself was very gracious, and took the time to discuss everything that I needed to with her, and she never made me feel rushed. Great experience, and pleased with my new doctor.

After our appointment she said I would have to come in for an additional procedure - which I scheduled before leaving. HOWEVER - when it came to processing my insurance, the office had no idea what to do. I had to deal with being sent to COLLECTIONS because they couldn't figure out how to process VA insurance. After my first notice, I called the main billing person. As I was trying to explain what was happening and give her my information, she became incredibly unprofessional and said with a loud tone, "I know how to do my job!!" . Yet somehow she didn't figure it out. And another notice came. The office manager tried (?) but still, another notice came. And another. I finally had to call the the VA community care line and three way call with the collection agency AND the lab to get it resolved. I hate to say, everything was covered and it was a mistake on part of the office staff. The office manager did apologize, but it was such a nightmare to deal with, I am hesitant to go back, even with the the needed medical procedure.

I chose Dr. Forschner at random, which could have been terrible, but it has ended up being a fabulous decision! Before I became a patient of Dr. Forschner's, I had only had female GYNO's. I know it sounds really silly, but I had always felt super uncomfortable with the idea of having a male GYNO. I'm not sure if it was because I was embarrassed, or because I was just used to having female GYNO's; probably a combination. While in the waiting room, I was immediately regretting my decision to see a male GYNO (again, I know how ridiculous this sounds), but I was at the point of no return. Dr. Forschner is a class act. When I met him, he immediately put me at ease and it was not awkward at all. He is incredibly sincere and you can tell that it's not about quantity of patients he sees a day, but the quality of care he gives to his patients. He is friendly (but not too friendly where he's acting like your best friend), very knowledgable and has no issues answering all of your questions and addressing any possible concerns you might have. He is also incredibly patient and thorough - does everything he can to make you feel as though you're not in the dark about anything. His staff is great, too. His nurse is amazing. His office always does a spectacular job at getting me test results right away. They are also amazing with returning phone calls if I have any questions or concerns. I know it's tough to find a good GYNO these days - so happy I've found a great one!

First I had issues like everybody else in terms of communication which they are very poor at second they could not draw blood properly. I had to come back a second time because they made a mistake. The final straw for me was receiving a call from collections over $60. I was never contacted about this debt. I was never called. I didn't receive any mail and they obviously don't care about hurting their customers so I will make a point of reporting them to every agency state and federal that will hold them accountable. Do not trust this practice go anywhere else.

This is a 100% for-profit business. You are a customer, not a patient. I have been seeing Dr…read more Arrigo's clinic for three years now, always going there for my annual exams. NP Paulina has been very generous to me. I have never met Dr. Arrigo in all that time, even though the clinic carries her name. When I became pregnant, I had to switch providers for insurance reasons. NP Paulina, under Dr. Arrigo's approval, referred me to several ultrasounds in Intermountain. When they found out I would no longer be a patient, they immediately canceled all my Intermountain ultrasounds, even though I told them not to, since I wasn't sure if I would get new ones in time. They canceled them behind my back. And I had already paid for my OB appointment so the referral should have still be in place even if I'm no longer a patient. I begged them to not cancel and let me transfer them to my new provider. Dr. Arrigo also wanted to charge me over $30 just to write a letter confirming my pregnancy so I could apply for public benefits. This person is not a good human being. She doesn't care if you're going through challenges, she makes things harder once you're no longer a "customer." Doctors need to understand that we don't choose to go to the hospital, it's a need. Yes, money matters, but there should also be care and compassion. Be human and kind. Be a doctor first, then a businessperson.
