Oops, I need to be a better yelper and post more reviews especially for awesome doctors like Dr. Arruda. In late 2015 I was looking for an OBGYN who specialized in gynecologic issues and I'm so thankful that I found Dr. Arruda because she is the best!!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Arruda's quality of care, level of expertise, and bedside manner. Dr. Arruda is so compassionate, and I really appreciate how well she explains everything and clearly provides all of your available options. I've had one surgery by Dr. Arruda and she is an amazing surgeon! Dr. Arruda's calendar is booked. My first appointment with her was scheduled six weeks out from when I first called, but I felt good about waiting because Dr. Arruda was so highly rated on other sites. I'm glad that I waited because I've received nothing but great care by Dr. Arruda. Once her office was able to squeeze me into her schedule when it was necessary for her to see me immediately due to a medical issue so, I feel that they try to be as flexible as possible. I've always had good communication with Dr. Arruda's nursing staff, and I'm grateful for the ability to ask non-urgent medical questions or follow-up questions very easily via my chart at UCHealth. Very thorough. He was physically more gentle than my GYN at home. I was in and out of the office in 45 mins. I am a nurse and I felt that if I wasn't a medical professional with some knowledge about what was going on I'd still leave understanding the procedure, prognosis and treatment plan. From a nurses point of view I recommend Dr. Thompson without hesitation.

Five minutes before my appointment, while I'm parking and after driving over 20 mins to get to the office, they inform me that they need to reschedule. No apologies or even understanding of the major inconvenience it took to get to my appointment. I noted that I didn't appreciate the 5mins heads up in which the person responded your appointment is at 1:45. So they misguided me on my appointment time to have me sitting in their lobby 30 mins early, they then cancel on me right before. The next available wasn't until next year or I could see the NP in a month. Absolutely insane. Looks like I'm not the only one with similar issues.
