I didn't read reviews before I went. My hair specialist was Viktoriya. They take extra time to wash and do a massage treatment. But honestly the best part was a perfect haircut. Everything else was just really nice to have. I showed Viktoriya a picture of the cut I wanted and she duplicated it very well. And it wasn't an easy haircut. Typically when I get this haircut it take the stylist at least 1.5 hours because they struggle with the volume of hair that I have and they don't have the skills to layer, shape and texturize. Viktoriya went straight to work methodically and didn't have to waste any steps. Another surprise is that she kept my hair the length I asked for. Without fail, in the past, stylist who have done this cut made my hair much shorter than I asked for to create the style. The value was also beyond fair. Well done Level Posh Salon.

I've left those same salons/stylists crying with deep disappointment over their work and the state of my hair when they were "done". When I went to see Maddy, we had a consultation where she sat and talked with me about my past experiences. Without ego, she explained how we could lift my hair color, minimize damage, and still accomplish the blonde tone I was looking for. I took the risk and let me tell you, I am so grateful I did. She nailed the color with my first appointment, and I have never been happier with my hair. I've been back for root touch ups, and overhauls of my color. Maddy always suggests the best options for my hair health, keeps me informed of what's new with color options, and keeps my hair budget in mind. I've really learned to fully trust her; she's definitely my hair hero. The entire Salon is so cute, and they use great hair products.
