My husband and I were shopping around for a 25th wedding anniversary solitaire ring, we visited many jewelry stores but no where did we receive the warm welcome and customer service that we received at Diamonds Forever especially from Mohit. His expertise in guaging what my style was was right on point. He got us what we wanted in regards to carats and clarity with of course a great price. The ring and band were sent to be custom made and arrived before the promised date. Today we went and picked up the ring and it is stunning. I can't be happier with the way it turned out, much better than I expected. The size, finish, setting, sparkle everything is perfect. I am one happy and satisfied customer. I saw another rose gold ring while waiting for my solitaire to be boxed up and guess what Mohit worked his magic to match our price point and I got 2 unique and beautiful rings. I will definately shop here for fine jewelry in the future. Must visit the store and ask for Mohit. Sorry for the long review but this is what great customer service entails a five star rating and review read more

I give 5 star : I recently purchased a Rolex watch and a stunning 5-carat princess cut ring from Diamond Forever and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The Rolex selection was excellent, and they made sure I understood every detail before making my decision. As for the princess cut diamond ring -- it's an absolute showstopper. The quality and brilliance of the diamond are unmatched, and I've received endless compliments on it. What truly sets this store apart is the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the personalized experience they provide. I left feeling confident in my purchase and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Diamond Forever to anyone looking for high-end jewelry with top-tier service. read more

Greetings all, Sir Mo, Ray and Brett are excellent sales associates at Diamonds Forever. I came and went there to buy a ruby pinky ring 5/12/22 around 3pm good afternoon Eastridge mall time (San Jose, CA 95122). Sir Mo measured my pinky ring size 7-1/2. He got the ring to me in my hand for me same day 5/12/22 around 7pm good night Eastridge pickup time my ruby pinky ring time. So, he got it prepared for me expeditiously and I would also say proactively. Sir Mo and I remember the sipping Starbucks coffee and playing Mariachi trumpets with the ruby pinky ring up. All things at Diamonds Forever is excellent as far as my experience there 5/12/22 goes. I would recommend Diamonds forever because they --Sir Mo, Ray, Brett-- are amiable, professional and treat their customers with respect. Thanks. Sincerely, Rubén Contreras. read more

The shopping experience went very well. They have a good selection and the quality is good also. I was looking for 2 identical pieces of jewelry for gifts. They only had one in the store so they were able to find one at one of their other stores. The price was very fair and Aleem was very helpful in making it a successful purchase. I would definitely shop there in the future. read more
