I am completely appalled by this company. I have never once in my entire life experience such awful customer service and honestly believe this company are complete. Conn artist. My father WAYNE BYE(order number EXG-15992-8002351-R1 ) purchased earrings for me for Christmas, meaning December 2025. These earrings were not only sent incorrectly, the wrong size, the entire process of attempting to return them has been a complete nightmare. My father and I have called over 50 times, that is not an exaggeration, and the only people answering are what sound like telemarketers con-artists who refused to let you speak with a manager and all they care about is taking your money and never sending you your order. It is now almost May 2026 and I still have not received my earrings. They have had no problem charging my father over $3000 and every time he has called to ask where these earrings are daily for 4 months! It's absolutely appalling! all this telemarketer/wannabe customer service representatives tell you to do is wait for an email. Not one time in four months have we received an email from this company! This company is the most unprofessional, completely illegitimate, worst Diamond company I have ever worked with in my entire life! THEY ARE A SCAM! Not to mention, I purchased 6 carat earrings, and they still HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY, or sent me my earrings! We are talking five months later! Not only while I continue to leave one star reviews, and make sure the world knows how awful of a company this is until I get justice, but WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER, and warn absolutely everyone about this god awful terrible company. They rob you and they never send you their product. They will never allow you to talk to a manager, they will never send you your product, all they will ever do is tell you to wait for an email that will never show up. I will not stop until this company has taken down. I am owed a refund of over $3000 from this company, or my 6 carat earrings, which by the way were for my wedding, which I didn't even get to wear so they not only are they criminals and con artist, but they ruined one of the happiest days in my life by messing up the jewelry I plan to wear with my wedding dress. I live in La Mesa, CA and often I walk by this shop. Finally, I decided to visit the shop. The women were nice and offered me a glass of water, even though I mentioned I was "just looking." They introduced themselves and walked me around the displays. They explained how they had many unique pieces of vintage jewelry and some designed by Jenny. I was impressed by some of the designs. I saw a necklace that was once a vintage European brooch and decided to place it on layaway. It was so unique unlike anything I had ever seen. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience picking out my center diamond. We had purchased my setting at a different place before we discovered Diamonds Forever.
