Hi Jenni, I thought when I paid you in full what $3,800.00 you would return ever single piece of jewelry. I've been baffled that one of my diamond ring wasn't returned to me. You guaranteed me ALL OF MY JEWELRY. You kept my two row diamond ring and you never returned it to me. You threatened me to not go into your store nor call you, though I never made threats towards you nor anyone. I realize why you ment that because you kept one of my precious rings that was the first ring I ever bought myself from Zales. I need you to return my ring. You lied to me. You are the one that AGREED to give me the time to take out all my jewelry but I'm missing and have been missing my ring. I felt bullied on how you treated me knowing I supported your business even when you were in Point Loma. You put on a good face of honesty but I want my ring back. You weren't supposed to keep anything. I really want you to take care of this matter. I don't want to have to sue you for being dishonest to me. I stayed away like you told me to but my ring still stayed on my mind. The agreement was to pay you $3,800. To get everything and you did not mail me my one ring full of diamonds. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience picking out my center diamond. We had purchased my setting at a different place before we discovered Diamonds Forever. While I love my setting..I wish I knew about this place before! They have such unique gorgeous designs I could've picked quite a few from them instead haha! Anyway, we had gone to a few places in search for a place that would be able to put a near-2karat center stone in my setting that was apparently meant for a 1karat at most. Lots of places said they'd have to take Diamonds out of the halo, reconstruct the setting..etc. would've cost a fortune! These ladies here are very experienced and not in it for the up-charging types of service.
