I took my wedding ring here because the white gold was turning yellow and I had lost two small diamond stones from their settings. They replaced the diamonds and replated the gold. The replacement stones match so perfectly with the original stones that you can't tell any work was done. The yellow is completely gone from the ring and the white plating shines brilliantly. I hate to do this, but this has been bothering me for some time now. I'm rating this place a 1. I had emailed them back in JANUARY inquiring about a ring I had wanted for my wedding. I was looking for a "something blue ring," so I was asking if they had something in stock that I could see in person, or I would also be open to paying for them to create a ring. HAVE NOT heard back at all. I then see on their Instagram profile page to "DM us!," which I did a few days ago (I just deleted my message to them right now, because it was sitting in there unread). What's funny is that they mention for people to direct message them, yet what I find funny is that they keep posting on their account (posting stories and pictures to their page), yet they still wouldn't open my message.
