Absolutely fantastic work and quick turnaround on an engagement ring…read more I brought an unset diamond in with a few concepts and pictures, and Portsche's was able to quickly turn it into a concept. Instead of designing the band from scratch, they were able to locate something that fit my parameters exactly and then custom designed the setting. All of this occurred within 2 weeks. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the expediency and quality. Best part, she said yes and absolutely loved the ring!

Two months of terrible customer service later they showed me an extremely ugly and unfinished product that they expected me to buy. The next day they offered to remake it for me as they knew they provided a substandard product. Due to the poor communication, customer service and incredibly slow speed, I declined and asked for a refund. If it's surprising to hear this from a store with a high review score, know that I've attached the letter that they sent me. It's against federal law to ask a customer to sign a document like this and I suspect that they have been practicing illegal business practices for a long time. Save yourself the many headaches and go somewhere else.

I had never brought my ring in to have the prongs tightened in the 7 years i've had it, and I knew it had to be done. the owner, I don't remember his name, was kind of shy, quiet. looked it over and told me it had a lot of work to be done on it. He said it would take a couple weeks and here's my ticket number to keep. he gave me a slip of paper. That was it. weeks went by, and no word. finally, after a month, I called. a woman answered the phone and said that he had gotten covid and then was sick with something else and hadn't been able to work on jewelry in a while. why was I not informed of this? you've had my engagement ring over a month and I just don't hear from you? anyway, she said he would call me back. never did. another few days went by and I decided I was just going in. I was tired of waiting and I wanted my ring back even if it wasn't done. I walked in and he wasn't there but the girl was. she said it was "just done" and she was "going to call me today". gee, thanks. I still paid the quoted price. no discount whatsoever for waiting over a month to repair my ring. and the worst part is he reshaped it (it had a little kink in the band) which I didn't ask for, and now it's tighter than it was on me before. also, one of the diamond chips he replaced that had fallen out has a flaw- a black spot in it that I can't stop staring at. I'm not bringing it back in there to have it fixed again and waiting another month. i'm good. I won't be bringing my jewelry back here.

My wedding ring, which was a custom ring, lost one of the diamonds (fortunately I found it), and it turned out the tips needed to be repaired. I assume that's why it didn't hold that diamond in place. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repair, but cleaned it until it shined like it did decades ago! At the time, they told me that my other ring would eventually need the tips done, too, as they wear over time. I put it off over a year, but last year, decided to get it done, and I'm glad I did. Now, my rings are both in good shape, and I don't have to worry about losing a diamond again! The staff was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. They will definitely be my jeweler of choice in the future. I highly recommend them.

My wedding ring was getting a little worse for the wear, lost a small diamond - it had been 12+ years since I had brought it anywhere. So I brought it here, with my Brother in Law who just happened to be in town and who sells diamonds. I wanted him there so he could tell me how legit he thought the place was. After looking at my ring and telling me what needed to be done, we walked out and my BIL said, yup they know what they are talking about. Phew. Fast forward 2 weeks and I swing by to pick up my ring. I hadn't called that day but I did tell them a few days earlier that I would come on Thursday to grab it. I get there and... it is closed. I was pretty bummed because I don't live close and I was there during store hours but I did realize that since this is Covid 2020, hours can be wonky. So I call them and leave a message about what happened. I get a call back pretty soon and they are so apologetic, tell me that if I want, they will come drop of my ring. I tell them no, it's ok I'll come back next week. I just came back and they hand me my gorgeously polished and fixed ring. We ooohh and awwww for a second and I say, great thank you - how much do I owe you? And she says - no it's ok. We are waiving the charge due to last week's misunderstanding. I seriously am not blown away by very many companies these days when it comes to customer service but I certainly was today. I will be back for sure!

That was not confusion, that is bad business. I'm glad I was able to get my ring back, will not return to Diamond Girls.
