I thought, I'd look around, while getting my rings cleaned, but it was done before I had a chance to check, if they have any gold bracelet. . . . my intentions to buy sometimes this year, since my birthday is just around the corner. I was ready to leave, after I got my rings cleaned. But, the warmed of the room, and the friendliness of the staff, made me linger on and on, and on and on, and I didn't really want to go back out in the 40degree weather. More & more customers were coming in, and they're being helped, while hubby checked on his phone, and I was free to browse all I want. No pressures! Still not thinking of buying anything, there's no bracelet I wanted, but it was so fun looking through all the displays, that I can touch & gawk, or try on (I asked). UNTIL, hello! I found a display of gold paper clip style necklace, and I knew I wanted it... I told hubby: to attach my 2nd gold cross! It was something I needed, and the price was right. Well, I left wearing my new necklace, with a big smile!

I had her redesign our wedding set, because we had "obtained" a bigger center stone, and I wasn't going to trust Zales to do it. So Elizabeth sat with us, and she did a great job showing me what my marquise would look like in a bezel setting. She was patient and understanding. She had sent me a "video" of the wax casting with my stone in it, so I could get a full visual on our design. Picked up the finished ring today, (see picture below) and I almost cried... it was beautiful, the new diamond shines, and sparkles.... It is a beautiful ring, and I am so happy I found Elizabeth. I will always look to her for any of my jewelry/appraisal needs. Elizabeth you rock..... :)

I went mining for Oregon sunstones in southern Oregon just for the thrill of it, and came back with some stuff I thought might be worth cutting. Lisa took the time to look through my collection and recommended five to send off for cutting. She had them cut to standard sizes, max karat weight, and they turned out beautifully. But wait, there's more! She also helped me pick out a couple of cabochon settings once I decided which two I wanted to make into necklaces. I decided on a red one for my mom and a schiller one for me. I picked the gold colors and settings and when they came back they were absolutely stunning! This was such a fun and unique experience for me, and Lisa was helpful, friendly, and just plain fun to hang out with during the entire 10-week process. I learned a lot and I'm so glad I did it. Thank you to both Lisa and Dyke for creating the best gift ever for my mom who has had an exceptionally rough year. *love* Oh, there's another thing-- they were able to make a gold nugget my dad gave me into a pendant, too! I think these guys can take anything you pull out of the ground and make it pretty.
