I came here for a few months in 2021 before realizing it wasn't the space for me. I'm sure it works for some people, but I wasn't one of them. The slower, less intense classes fill up and the hot yoga classes were nice but often too fast paced for me without any talk of adjustments for different bodies or abilities. I wouldn't recommend for most people I know.

I was charged $20 for missing the class as the studio told classpass that I could have found them. I am in a war with classpass and my credit card. This studio is a SCAM and as an avid pilates expert who spent years in NYC doing reformer pilates, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO. THEY SCAM AND LIE TO THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS AND TAKE $ FROM NEW CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES WHEN THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Right when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, which immediately made the studio feel welcoming. What stood out even more was that the instructor who was teaching that day came over and introduced herself before class when she overheard it was my first time there. That personal touch made a great first impression and helped me feel comfortable going into the class. The class itself was definitely challenging, but in a different way than what I'm used to. I normally do F45 and Solidcore, which tend to be higher energy and faster paced. Club Pilates felt more controlled and low-impact, but it still worked muscles in a really effective way. It was a great change of pace and a good reminder that slower, more intentional movements can still deliver a tough workout. Keep in mind that these classes fill up well in advance so you need to sign up. As a new visitor I was fortunate that a random spot opened up, but it seems the classes are always packed. Overall, it was a really positive experience. The studio was welcoming, the instructor was thoughtful and engaging, and the workout was both challenging and refreshing. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Schaumburg!

At first I was worried that I would get too sweaty or it would be hard to breathe, but it was great! I feel good! This was also my first time working out in 11 weeks because I broke my leg and I was able to use the full body workout bike so I used my arms to help move my legs as well. Friendly staff! Nate and Annette were so accommodating! When I first arrived, I was excited to see my name on the chalkboard welcoming me.. Nate gave me a tour and explained how everything works as well as the different options available. We sat and talked for awhile after I worked out as well. Very friendly and available to help. I did not want to join a gym just to attend Zumba so this studio was perfect. The studio has a great list of classes and times with the majority being Zumba which is perfect for me. The instructors are energetic, creative and focused on making sure everyone is having a good time, after all Zumba is kind of like a party. As the previous reviewers have commented the classes are always full, to me this is not a negative it just means that the instructor is good and has a large following. As long as you don't stand in the back and get their early you will have a great time. My one negative and why I didn't give 5 stars is that the classes I have attended rarely start on time but almost always end on time which means less time to work out and burn calories. Overall this is a great studio, with tons of energy where you can experience one of the best Zumba instructors (and I have attended classes with 15+ instructors). If you are an experienced dancer you should definitely try the Miami Heat class; it is challenging, fun, and a great way to burn 500+ calories.
