I was charged $20 for missing the class as the studio told classpass that I could have found them. I am in a war with classpass and my credit card. This studio is a SCAM and as an avid pilates expert who spent years in NYC doing reformer pilates, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO. THEY SCAM AND LIE TO THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS AND TAKE $ FROM NEW CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES WHEN THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been going there 3 times a week for 2 months now and I'm very happy with the experience. Sifu Jason is excellent, explains the steps very well and he makes learning Tai Chi fun and interesting.
