Ryan went above and beyond to help us match our existing floors. When an issue came up with the flooring order, he took the time to work with the manufacturer and even drove all the way to Cypress to exchange the material, making sure we received the correct flooring. The installation was quick and the floor looks amazing! Ryan truly cared about making sure everything was done right, and we really appreciate all of his extra effort. We highly recommend Hemet Flooring!

Ryan walked the home with us, brought some excellent "Made in the USA" samples and gave us a very fair price. A week or so later, Austin and his crew arrived, had the old carpets & padding out in 3 hours and started installing the new floor. There were a couple of areas that needed tending - screws added to the subfloor in this 45 year old home - and they eliminated the issue! The new flooring was finished exactly to the schedule they gave us - and it looks fantastic! Extraordinary attention to detail, an extremely polite crew that cleaned up after themselves every day and the finished floors are absolutely stunning! NICELY DONE, GUYS!!!

We started with a desperate need for my husband's bathtub to be replaced with a walk in shower and we were so pleased with the work, we had the master bath completely redone by Jeff and his crew. I was in constant contact with Jeff throughout the processes for both bathrooms. It has been about six months from the completion of the first bathroom and I am still in awe with the little touches that Jeff added in that make all the difference in the world. Things as simple as the drain with a hair removal trap and the soft-close drawers on my vanity. You could not pick a better contractor to remodel your bathrooms. Our house looks completely new now. Carlos is very easy to deal with and flexible. His workers are nice and work very hard to get the job done. Most companies have people come in for a couple hours a day but these guys would come for 12 hours and got it done in 3 days. I saw some other review that was bashing them for staying longer but we honestly like that they were willing to stay. If you tell them, you are busy, they won't stay for long, but then it will take longer... Overall we had a good experience. They did clean after everything was done like brooming the dust, but with all the windows open all week and workers having to come in and out, the wood floors were still a little dirty. But in that price you can't expect them to steam clean and mop ur floors afterward. Me and my husband just did that ourselves and it wasn't that bad. Honestly if you care that much you can just pay 50-100 more and get a maid for a day. So idk what the other bad reviews are for since some of the pics just look like a lcleaning issues. Here are some pictures of before and after.

Original Review was posted on 11/10/15 (my old yelp account)…read more I first contacted Bob in 2006, but at that time I did not have the money for the built in. Nine years later today, my husband & I had decided to finally get our tv niche done. I lost Bob's contact & I wasn't sure if he was still in the business. I called around & got five quotes. I had a particular look in mind, but the problem was our large ornate mantel w/ no gap in-between the mantel & the tv opening. All of the vendors that came out & gave a bid just wanted to go around the mantel. I wasn't happy with all of the proposals & this why I know God works in a mysterious way. I remembered contacting Bob years ago & fell in love with his work through his website. I did not remember his company name, but I remembered that his website had the Christian fish symbol & Temecula location, so I searched the internet for days & was able to find him. I contacted Bob & right away he answered the phone. He was so easy to talk to & explained what needed to be done with my tv niche & the mantel. He came over, measured & gave an honest quote. He answered my never ending questions for weeks & was able to build my beautiful niche. I knew from the beginning that he was going to do an amazing job, so instead of keeping my ornate mantel I tore it out. In addition to my tv niche I asked Bob to build me a new mantel to match. Both turned out BEAUTIFUL! We LOVE our new tv niche & mantel! Thanks God I waited & was able to find Bob. Him & Sherry are truly amazing people & I am so glad I got to meet them. God bless you both! If you want beautiful work, attention to details & good price...Bob is your guy.
