They kept me updated through the entire process (which took a few days with the amount of additions I wanted). We did run into a hiccup with the new radio and Apple CarPlay. They've definitely found a long term customer in me.

As a result, I received something completely different from what I clearly requested, leading to a significant financial loss. To make matters worse, when I contacted the owner to address the issue, they were completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the situation. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business here to anyone who values quality products, honesty and good customer service. They've also turned off "reviews" on their facebook page; this is only done if you have, and/or intend to have, negative reviews. Classy folks!!

Do not use this business- I had to call the police to retrieve my truck AND the truck has a paint…read morechip in it that the owner, David Bruchis, did not disclose. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday morning for a ceramic coating package. When I dropped the truck off, the owner was not at the business so he had an associate take delivery. I was told the truck would be finished at 1:00 on Saturday. As Saturday got closer, I checked with the owner, David Bruchis, who said it would be ready Saturday. On Friday I checked again and he said that Sunday would be better because the coating needed to set and he had to finish. We agreed to Sunday around 1:00. On Sunday morning, I texted saying I could pick up Sunday at 2:30 and he asked for more time. I said I would pick it up at 4:30. I arrived at 4:45 to find the owner, David Bruchis, still wiping down my truck, with dirt on the windshield, and minor swirl marks on the front hood, which is not the finished product of a ceramic coating. I needed the truck for a trip on Monday morning. David Burchis, the owner, brought up the idea of a refund until he finished the work. I said I could call my credit card company to refund half the amount until he finished. At this point he started to threaten me and I felt unsafe. I repeatedly asked for the truck so I could leave and he refused to give me the keys or allow me to leave. I ultimately had to call the police to force him to turn over the truck, which he did after 3 units arrived (pics below). When I returned home I saw a poorly covered paint scratch on my driver side rear door (pic below). I have already contacted Ceramic Pro Corporate to bring up the dispute with them.

He did a WONDERFULLY GREAT job on my vehicle. And we won't even talk about the inside of the car. When I sat on the seats I felt like I should've slipped off that's just how shiny-looking, smooth & conditioned the leather was as a result of his cleaning. The carpets were vacuumed and shampooed very much to my satisfaction; I no longer had the smell in my car of whatever food item I wasted. The carpet was vacuumed so well, I couldn't see a speck of dirt. Annnnnbnnndddddd did I mention, he even vacuumed out the trunk oh my, #wheretheydothatat? I have found a little piece of car detailing heaven in Metairie on the service road and his name is Mr. Bob Goines; this place WILL BE a staple in my life from this point forward. #WatchWhatITellYou. I am going to recommend him to anyone with a listening ear that asks me about car detailing. For the nominal fees that he charges, you feel like you're driving in a brand-new car when you leave there. Hello #livingsocial marketing done very well because now I will be a faithful customer. He's flexible on setting appointments or even if you are a walk-in; he'll you take you. He won't steer you wrong, he will tell you if he's not able to do the work in a timely fashion. He does car detailing for some of the major car dealerships in the area, so of course he has to be expeditious when processing your car. Been in this business since 1982; thank you Mr. Bob for your hospitality while I waited for my car. Such a kind, respectable man.
