Taxi finally arrived at 6.30 where the driver told me he had only been given the job details at 6.20. The driver was nice enough and was apologetic despite it clearly not being his fault. Blatant lying from the girl on the phone and being half an hour late for an agreed pick up is not acceptable. Unreliable and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Upon calling back I was greeted with a very angry woman asking as to why I wasn't there for my taxi which had now left. I explained there was a mistake as I asked for 10.40 in the afternoon which I was told was a time that "doesn't exist". Baffled and taken aback by this bizarre statement I told the woman 10.40 in the afternoon did exist, it was 10.40pm, there are 2 of every hour in each day. A brief debate in semantics then ensued in which I was told there was only 10.40 "at night" and in the morning and told I did not understand am and pm. As if it was not obvious that when I said "afternoon", I meant the later time and not the opposite one in the morning. I was then told I was "stupid" and thanks to my stupidity I had wasted half and hour of a man's time and £15 in petrol in an extremely aggressive and irate tone, practically shouting at me. Then, rather hilariously that I would have to book with another company as they would not longer accept my custom. As if I would ever go back to them after being shouted at and insulted by a woman who doesn't believe in the afternoon! At no point was it acknowledged or even considered that they might have made the mistake, that when I said "afternoon" I clearly meant the second 10.40 of the day that comes after noon and not the one before noon regardless of what one personally might call it. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I can't rate their drivers or vehicles, because the moronic woman on the phone has blacklisted me for her personal mistake.

Menacing, intimidating and scary…read more We cancelled the taxi with short notice due to needing to urgently reach the train station. Taxi driver followed us to the train station and proceeded to confront us on why we had not answered his call. Taxi driver was confrontational and swearing. He also followed me and my family up to the platform. This scared my 9 year old daughter who was worried for her safety and the safety of the family as a whole. When attempting to raise this concern with the taxi office they hung up on us and refused to answer any further calls.

I call to ask where they were, they said they have no booking and were rude about it. We were stranded and had to get an Uber. Would not recommend. They claim I left this review to the wrong company when I posted it to Google but I have phone records that I rang the previous day to 01926777777 booking the cab, then they never showed up and claimed I didn't book (phone records attached) My husband also reviewed and said the same, and the owner replied with a bald faced lie that when we had the trip on the way there (which was late) that they'd "told him repeatedly they were fully booked for the return". I know this is a lie because my father booked the journey there through our hotel and I booked the return separately, so the owner replied to Google reviews with lies to save face. My mother has MS and is disabled and we sat waiting for an Uber for half an hour in the middle of the night because this company either didn't book us when they said, overbooked, or had an error that they won't admit.
