When I checked out Delta Sharpening, I was pretty skeptical. No reviews, no background, but I liked his responses to my questions and comments, so decided to try him out. Brought him 5 knives of various pedigree, 2 that were at least 40 years old but I use all the time, a favorite pocket knife that I could never get sharp and a couple newer ones. When I picked them up, they were the sharpest I have ever seen! Jeff's pricing is very reasonable, especially for the results, and he's a very amiable guy, which just adds to the experience. I know this is his first review, which would make me skeptical if I were looking, but give him a try. I'm willing to bet you'll be pleased as well.

Funny thing, my wife was cutting onions the other day with one of them and you could not even smell the onion because the knife was actually cutting and not smashing the onion which is what causes the teary eyes.
