I couldn't even cut an apple anymore. He put in some serious work and got them to where they should be and even better. I had two Japanese knives and 3 standard chefs knives (JA henckels, Chicago cutlery). I never thought I'd enjoy cutting with the Chicago cutlery as much as I enjoy the Japanese knives but that's how nicely he made them! I highly recommend Factory Edge Sharpening. When Raymond showed me new scissors, I decided on the Ocean line (curve shear). I never used a curved shear So I decided I would try them. When cutting curly hair with the Ocean shear its different it really helps lay down the curls nicely, and how nice it is to cut the neckline. The shears have two-sided finger rest so you can turn them around which makes it easy to cut around the ears. They are expensive but worth it, they are made of good quality.
