Stop what you're doing, and head here as soon as it opens. Omg, I had the best foot massage I've…read moreever had last night. I'm not sure if his name is Henry or harry, and I had difficulty understanding him due to the language barrier, but oh my goodness all of that didn't matter because he worked wonders on my poor feet. Let me preface that I've been here before, and have had many encounters at other establishment, but none lived up to this experience. I came with a friend after a long 12 hour shift, and had noticed that am that my left foot was very sore and the ball of my feet were tender. I was massaging my feet driving because it was so uncomfortable. So when I got off I debated between being good and working out or getting this massage to make me feel better, and boy am I glad I chose the later. For $30 you get an hour foot massage and this includes a 10-15 min head and neck massage, also heavenly. I told my masseuse the problem spot and he put a lot of pressure on it which made me wince but it also felt so good. My friend and I walked out like we were on cloud 9. This establishment is clean, has great masseuse, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. My only con is that due to the language barrier, communicating can be hard, and sometimes the masseuse likes to talk to each other during the massage and makes it harder for the client to relax. But overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to be back.

Extremely Unprofessional and Painful Experience…read more This was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. I left feeling like I had been hurt rather than helped, and my body actually hurts more today than it did before the massage yesterday. I specifically told the therapist that I am a cancer survivor with lymphedema and that I was experiencing significant pain in my neck and shoulder. A professional massage therapist should take a medical history seriously and understand how certain conditions can affect the type of massage and pressure that is appropriate. Instead, there was no oil used during the massage, and his hands were extremely rough. He was pinching and plucking at my back, and I was saying "ouch" throughout the entire massage. About halfway through, he leaned down and whispered that there was a "special oil" available for an additional $20. I later learned that what I was given was supposedly CBD oil, and it smelled strongly like Biofreeze. The experience became even more concerning. He put extremely hot towels on my back, hot enough that I felt like I was being scalded. He felt my feet and said I was cold, rather than handling that professionally, he plugged in a blow dryer and began blowing hot air all over my body. He also used significant pressure points on my skull, and my head now feels bruised and sore. I honestly question whether this person had any professional massage training whatsoever. The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and, frankly, unsafe. Someone with a medical condition could potentially be seriously injured by this kind of treatment. A professional massage therapist should ask about medical history, listen when a client says something hurts, adjust their technique appropriately, and never continue using painful or potentially harmful pressure. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before booking a massage here. If you have any medical conditions, I would be especially careful and make sure you understand exactly who will be performing your massage and what their qualifications are. This was not a relaxing or therapeutic experience. It was painful, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. I contemplated leaving mid-way, I regret now I didn't.

Honestly, I've never had a facial I didn't enjoy. What determines my rating of a spa has more to…read moredo with ambiance, my skin consultation, and the overall friendliness of the staff. The spa is located in a strip of stores behind the Olive Garden on Barrett Parkway. It is very difficult to find because there is no sign along the top of the building where other businesses display their names. There is a large banner in the window with the name, and it's beside a nail salon for your reference. I was especially frustrated trying to locate the spa the morning of my appointment. I was really early, but I couldn't find the place. I called the spa and left a message. Then I called again. Finally, on the third call, someone answered and gave me directions. I didn't really receive a skin consultation, and the esthetician didn't mention the products she used on my skin. The facial itself was different than the many others I've experienced. There were no steam or extractions included. (It would have cost $15 extra.) I only had one blemish, but I had really hoped it would be taken care of. In all fairness, I mentioned the extractions, but I took the advice of the esthetician to forgo that option...but I'm still annoyed by my pimple. Because I had a gift certificate for more than the facial was worth, the spa added a few extra services during my time. I was really impressed with the fact that they mentioned the discrepancy in price and compensated me with service instead of just pocketing the extra money. (I'm pretty sure that has happened to me before.) The esthetician was very clear about what I should expect my skin to look like (oily) for the rest of the day and instructed me not to touch it. I was also supposed to drink twice as much as I normally would. My skin looked great after the facial, but I DID miss the steam, since I typically have congested pores. The signature facial, then, would be ideal for people seeking a relaxing, nourishing facial but who might not have blemishes. They seemed to have some good specials, too, so it would be worth checking out their website to get a good deal!

This business is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. First they sold me a gift…read morecertificate to one location that closed down the next week, then told me i had to use the other location on Barrett Parkway and would not give me a refund even thought they sold it to me knowing they were going to close down. Apparently they were evicted and after going to the location on Barret Parkway I know why. Very unprofessionally run business and unclean. The woman that did the facial must have been brand new cause she did not have a clue what she was doing. After complaining to the owner she got a attitude and was extreamly rude......Do not go to this business!!!
