They haven't done anything that I would deem worthy of the term "investigating" other than taking off a few switch covers and saying,"everything looks fine". (It's not). I've made videos of the flickering and noise, and have requested that they actually look at a panel or something. I'm not pleased. Responsiveness: It's impossible to get them to call you back when they tell you that they will, and at this point I'm not calling again. They were supposed to be calling the electric company for me, and after two weeks of waiting, I decided to call the power company, which they said mike's service never called them. No surprise. Conclusion and next steps: I didn't want to pay Vinson Electric to do the job because their rates are a little higher, but if I can get the job done before my house burns down, it's worth the safety of my family.

More time went by, and I reached out to Mike two more times. Told him I would still like for him to do the job . He didn't have the common courtesy to tell me either way, just decided to ignore my text messages from there on... Totally unprofessional Would not recommend at all!

We called HMOC to troubleshoot some electrical problems and I admit i wasn't expecting what we got. Joe was amazing. Super nice guy that knows his stuff. He came, he saw, he conquered.
