Scheduled a detailing for my 2011 BMW... this company is very responsive, accommodating and most importantly- does EXCELLENT work. I've got my share of wear and tear and kept up semi-regular washes. Firstly, I cannot thank Thomas enough for going well beyond the extra mile. He is a consummate professional and is very passionate about his work. His attention to detail is unmatched and you will not find a better detailer in the region. I live in Northern VA and I found my dream car (2013 Porsche Boxster S) at a dealership in PHX. The sales manager was honest enough to tell me that the car had been smoked in....most likely cigar smoke smell. This bit of news was almost a deal breaker for me, but, this car had all the options I was looking for. I searched for detailers in the PHX area and came upon the great reviews of Thomas' shop. I called him and asked if he could go to the dealership and take a look at the car and tell me if he would be able to get the smoke smell out. He did and after seeing/smelling the car, he said he was confident that he could get it out. I made the deal and purchased the car. I flew into PHX, picked up the car to drop it off with Thomas for a week. When I got in the car, my first thought was...yikes...will he be able to? But, after meeting him and having lunch with him, there was no question in my mind. He had the car for a week and my wife and I flew back in to drive back to VA. When we walked in to the shop, the car looked like it had just left the Porsche factory in Stuttgart. Then I opened the door and there was not a hint of smoke. In the week that Thomas had the car, he took the seats out, cleaned all carpets, cleaned and conditioned the leather back to its natural state (not that slick/shinny look), cleaned and conditioned the duct work and ozone treated the car several times. He also touched up the exterior paint and clay barred the entire car. Like I said...it looked and smelled new. In addition to all this, he offered to drop me off at my hotel and pick us up from the airport on our return to get the car.
