Pros: It is a big roomy place. There is a family room type area as well as seating in front of all cages. So those waiting are not cramped or having to find somewhere to be. There is a snack bar with tables and chairs. There is also at least one water fountain. The restrooms are large, clean, and thematically appropriate. They have a large gravel lot for parking (that they share with Gateway Charter School). They accept reservations for the cages and we have had good experiences with this. Cons: A little hard to find the first time because its behind the School. I think that this really is a great place to hit some balls. So next time youre bored and looking to burn off some energy or have a baseball fanatic in your midst - this is a good option.

Good deal if your group varies in height! You pay for a card and use it to swipe during rounds. Cost is commensurate with coin operated model. They have a system in place for days where there are more batters than cages, hang your bat on the external bat rack and each turn is limited to two swipes. Things went very smoothly and my boy got in some decent practice time.

I recommend clear communication to your customers on times. Also, if the girl "working the front" or actually not present would have been working the front, we might have gotten a round in. Sadly we will be taking our business to the location actually opened until 9pm in Cypress. Disappointing children cooped in a car for 14 hours is not fun for parents. Do better!

The staff doesn't really help when there are issues. The pitching machines also don't work properly. One pitch goes way up, the next one goes straight, and the dashboard where you're supposed to adjust the height doesn't seem to work. This happens almost every time we visit. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because it's an indoor facility, so at least there is a place to practice when the weather is bad.

Told the guy working that none of the other machines were working and that they were just eating everyone's credits so he went to go reset them but still none of them worked. Whenever another person said something it was kinda just an "oh ok". My friend and I decided it wasn't worth sitting there sharing the cage with four other people and went to ask the guy for a refund and he said he couldn't refund us but could only give us the credits back, which doesn't help because I don't live here. Overall waste of time and money.
