It didn't update in real-time. The doctor was late. He was the 1st patient of the day. Anesthesiologist thoroughly explained everything. The nurse had difficulty starting the IV and made 2 painful attempts. The post-op nurse rushed him out. He's an older guy who has mobility issues. She had him walk out from the 2nd floor to the main entrance. As I'm talking to her, she's ushering him out. I'm holding him steady and helping him walk. No regard for his age, sedation, or medical conditions. I'll make no assumptions about why... JHH staff across all departments lack empathy and basic kindness. Unfortunately, I'm a patient here and can attest this is the norm. Insurance and keeps me here, not the care.

I understand people have serious medical emergencies but if someone is wincing in pain in the waiting room don't you think they should be seen immediately? The way they treat people is unacceptable and not fair to others who have been there way before other people, they said i would be able to go back in a room and called someone who was there way after me and i don't think that was necessarily fair. If someone has been waiting for more than an hour they should have already been seen by someone. They said they have been cleaning rooms for almost 3 hours and im pretty sure thats not how long it takes to clean up one room, but if ur looking for some place to get treatment i would NOT recommend here.

She was very thorough in reviewing my records and symptoms and scheduled me for a colonoscopy to get to the "bottom" of things. She prescribed some meds and offered some advice on what to do for some of my issues. When I asked if Dr. Joshua Forman could perform the colonoscopy I was told yes. I was barely home when the Endoscopy Center called to schedule me for the following week. My experience with Jasmine who scheduled my appointment was TERRIBLE, but when I arrived the day of the procedure I was happy to see that the staff were so caring and friendly. Dr. Forman met me before the procedure and again afterwards. He was very no nonsense and kind. I appreciated that. I'm so happy they agreed to take me as a new patient.

It's now 4 days past the last call and still no return call. I was prescribed a medication I never took before and immediately I experienced intense side effects, so I called to speak to my provider to discuss. Here I sit, still waiting. Sadly, private practice is no longer a thing and being owned by a corporate entity has ruined healthcare. I have a procedure scheduled in a couple months but will be cancelling & seeking another provider. I sure do miss my doc who retired, but now I know why he did. The quality of care is no longer an important aspect of medicine, it's the bottom line. I would not recommend this practice.

Unfortunately she could care less 10 people are sitting in earshot. I know that the doctor who owns the office can hear Tina, but I'm not sure with HIPPA regulations, nothing to say about respect for clients, why he doesn't talk to her. It's a prime example of a person who hates her job.

I will never again go see a doctor at this facility. If you have a business, do you charge your clients a fee for your rent, or is it included in the overall purchase price? This is absurd and I for one will no longer be a part of this scam and will shout it from the top of my lungs so others do not get scammed as well. THIS IS A MISUSE OF TRUST AND EXTORTION!
