The diamond lounge offers a nice place to recharge during your layover. There are several work station booths as well as ample seating. I arrived during breakfast hours. The food was pretty good. They had typical breakfast pastries, cereal, and granola. There was also a variety of cold cuts, breakfast meats and cheeses. For drinks they offer a variety of bottles beers, sodas, juices and wines. There are also a few beers on tap, and a station that makes cappuccinos, coffee and hot water for tea. There was only one bathroom in the area I was at, but it also included showers. The whole restroom area was very clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this lounge. They had one of the most complete breakfast options I've seen at an airport lounge, a variety of seating sections/styles ranging from cushioned chairs, regular dining style to "work stations." Their bathrooms were super clean and had showers. It is one of those that's less exclusive so there might be a lot of people but you'll barely notice because of how big it as. Drinks are also limitless and you get to serve yourself from the fridge - whereas some places have limited options or pseudo bartenders that are only there to pour your drink. I cannot recommend this lounge enough, it is one of my favorites thus far.

Decent airport lounge at the Bruxelles airport. It is situated above the Starbucks in Gate A area and open to business/first class passengers of airlines including Star Alliance. It has decent amount of seating and several food and drink stations with espresso / coffee machines and several beer choices. The food looked okay and included the normal cereals, pastries, croissants, and some fruit. They had a few hot plates - saw one had "American pancakes". There were no showers and the restrooms were outside of then lounge which was inconvenient.

This is a well run lounge. The food is fresh and clean. The beverage selection is awesome. The service is excellent. I am very happy here

This lounge can be a bit tricky to find, but follow directions toward all lounges. When you see the Starbucks, follow up the staircase and you have arrived. Check-in was quick and easy as I made my way over to settle down. I like how the space is modern and decorated with wall plants all over --greenery is always a nice addition. For food, there are a few selections of hot entrees like chicken parma, rice, pasta, meatballs, and ratatouille. You will also find some side salads, soup, cheese and meats. There are a couple stocked fridges with bottled drinks from sparking and still water to beers. I didn't get a chance to try the kriek beer while in Belgium, so I was happy that it was available for me at the lounge. As someone who isn't a big fan of beer, this was quite tasty! Overall, solid lounge with all the offerings. I spent a few hours here, which passed by quickly. Showers are also offered, which is convenient. The staff were quick to clean up your plates and even help entertain a child who was crying with the parent missing, which was nice.

Holy moly this lounge is pretty. I usually can only get into the standard business lounge but due to COVID, that lounge in terminal B is closed and they're letting passengers in the Diamond lounge instead. And it's not a huge step up in terms of food, but the ambiance is lovely. Very relaxing.

The lounge itself is a bit rundown and could use some renovating (half looks more modern/newer, and the other half looks older), but there are decent amount of seats and tables. The food selection is not that great - I was happy that I picked up some food before heading into the lounge. Around lunch, they had some salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, potato salad that looked like a bunch of mayo, pesto pasta salad, and coleslaw. They had a soup that looked like an overly creamy clam chowder. They had some cheese and some deli meat. They had a few snacks (not prepackaged) like pretzel snack mix and breadsticks and some speculoos cookies. They had croissants and Belgian waffles. The waffles were just so-so. I didn't eat a ton of the food other than a few bites of pasta salad and potato salad, both which were bland and gross. The bathrooms are a bit small and could use some renovation but at least they have bathrooms in the lounge. They also have WiFi. All in all, decent for a drink and snack but don't expect anything fancy, nor much good food.

The space is bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a modern design that feels calm and upscale--perfect before a flight. Breakfast offerings are surprisingly delicious and well-curated, with both hot and cold options that go well beyond typical lounge fare. Everything was fresh, well presented, and easy to navigate. The full bar is a standout, complemented by excellent coffee, fast free Wi-Fi, and a relaxed seating layout that works equally well for productivity or unwinding. Plenty of seating, charging points, and quiet corners make it feel uncrowded even during busy travel times. A truly comfortable and polished lounge experience that sets the bar high for Star Alliance lounges. I'd happily arrive early just to spend more time here.

First time around: I ordered an 8 oz (which is considered a medium, LOLZ) oat milk latte with one pump of vanilla and a little Quiche Lorraine (GF) on the side. The total came out to about $12/ €10. The gal who helped me was so wonderful! As soon as she heard me say, "hello", she switched gears and asked me, "English?". I was so impressed watching her interact with multiple different customers, seamlessly jumping from language to language. After I grabbed my food, I went and found a little table in the middle of the airport where I had an eat-pray-love moment with my food and coffee. Following my heavenly breakfast, I walked around for 2 hours and was drawn back for another coffee. That's how you know it's good coffee, folks. For a one night stopover in Brussels, we decided on this hip looking airport hotel. Their website had instructed us to notify them of our arrival time and date so they can arrange for a shuttle....or so we thought. NOPE. No shuttle and when we called they were like "they come at scheduled times..if you want you can taxi over" wth? What was the point of notifying you guys then. Ok so nm that. Check-in dude was whatevers. Nonchalant. Didn't seem like he cared about a thing in the world. He did offer us to pay 11 euros for their breakfast buffet or pay 18 ish in the morning. We ate dinner in their restaurant. We got a burger which was alright and KRAFT MAC & CHEESE!?! If I was going to pay 12 euros for a plate of boxed mac & cheese topped with a few puny shrimp, I would have just starved...another thing that pissed me off? As we sat there patiently waiting for our food, we noticed all other tables getting bread. I even made questioning eye contact with one employee as he walked away after delivering bread to a newcomer...still no bread. The guy finally brought some out after I asked. THE ROOM: there was TRASH UNDER ONE BED. Not cool. The toiletries were very cute..they were from Anatomicals. WIFI SUCKED...you reconnect every hour and its SUPER SNAIL PACE.. Breakfast bar was awesome. Tasty fruit juices, cereal boxes, different cheeses which you cut as you wish, eggs cooked anywa (scrambled, hardboiled, sunnyside), fruits, smoked salmon..etc The hotel's interior design resembles that of a bar. Dark, reddish hues. Pool tables. Check in counter is also a real alcoholic bar. I liked the designs but I wouldn't stay here again bc the bad outweighs the good by far :(

The rooms are on the smaller side and fairly typical for Europe. You get a free bottle of water and the coolest little package of shampoo, body wash, lotion and soap. They have a gated parking lot and you can have the ticket validated at the front desk. There is an airport shuttle that runs every 30 to 40 minutes starting around 5am or so. Check with the front desk for the exact schedule. The hotel is only a 6 minute cab ride away in good traffic and 15 minutes in bad traffic. So if your flying out and want a close hotel, this hotel fits that need. The bar and lounge area is really mind blowing and peaks all of your senses. It gives off this night club kind of vibe and is really inviting. The bar is open 24/7. The restaurant is open until 10:30pm. They have a gym as well so if you want to pump some iron or get in a run before you hit the bar you can certainly do that here. Internet. The internet system needs to be looked into. It kicks you out every hour and makes you log back in. Very friggin frustrating. Logged in about 10 times tonight between my phone and PC, ugh. Even went to the lobby because I thought it was just in the rooms but it does it there too. Thought about docking a full star for that but I'm gonna hold off for now. This is my first stay here and overall it was enjoyable and very fairly priced. I think the breakfast is a little in the expensive side but that seems to be a common theme in Europe and not just this hotel. Enjoy!
