We've been here before for their Friday Fish Fry (which is excellent), so we were looking forward to trying something different. I ordered the Mudbugs (crawfish) only, while my wife ordered the combo with Mudbugs and Meatloaf. The underlying motivation? She doesn't eat Mudbugs -- so I knew I'd be getting a bonus portion. The Mudbugs were cooked from live crawfish and seasoned with a classic Cajun blend. They varied in size but were served in generous one-pound portions. The flavor was fresh, well-seasoned, and exactly what you'd hope for in a good boil. Now, the real surprise was the Meatloaf. My wife loves Meatloaf but is extremely picky about it. I can honestly say she loved this one. After trying a bite myself, I agreed completely. It had a rich, beefy flavor, was moist throughout, and the ends had that perfect crunchy outer crust -- which is always the best part. We also ordered the Jalapeño Poppers. They had a nice crunchy exterior, and the pepper and cream cheese filling was creamy without being overcooked -- a solid appetizer choice. Top Fuel has that fun, laid-back dive bar atmosphere with lots of friendly people just enjoying themselves. It's comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle in for a while. I will say the one drawback about this bar can be on this busy nights is the lines for the restroom. They are single star restrooms and the line for the men's restroom can back up we might just take a chances going to the women's restroom instead. Just because there is no line for the women's restroom on my visit but the line to get to the men's restroom was over a 10 minute wait.

They recently added tuna melts to the menu which I was pleased. You can get the tuna melt with pita bread, regular sourdough bread or as a tortilla wrap. It is my new favorite thing on the menu.
