This grilled cod was so perfectly cooked it should probably have its own fan club. Flaky, tender, seasoned just right not dry, not greasy, not pretending to be something it's not. Just confidently amazing. I took one bite and immediately questioned every other piece of grilled cod I've ever eaten in my life. Life-changing? Possibly. Life-altering? Emotionally, yes. It's the kind of meal that makes you stare at your plate for a second and think, "Where have you been all my life?" If you haven't tried the grilled cod at Symerton Tap on Fish Fry Friday, I'm not saying you're doing Fridays wrong... but I am strongly suggesting you fix that immediately. 10/10.
