OMG, I cannot tell you how happy I am with the front service and the dry cleaning, tailoring was exceptional. I had previously been using a place in Warwick that the prices had just gotten so insane. This was a very nice surprise. It is a family owned business and it runs beautifully. I'm there weekly.

When I called today 10/15 at 3:00pm. I was hung up on and the woman working would not pick up again. After I had to explain exactly what the item was and info from the ticket. I went in and asked for money back because the promise was not met. She was very rude and claimed her boiler broke yesterday. She then told me no. I said I would leave a bad review. She then called me ugly. She started taking pictures of me outside the store leaving. Then she comes out and has words with my wife. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I suggest finding another company to get dry cleaning. She also felt a need to take picture of licenses plate on my wife's care. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Tita's Tailoring. If I could give zero stars I…read morewould. I brought in three items (a scarf, a sweatshirt, and a pair of pajamas) to be embroidered for my honeymoon. I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

And she still charged me for my alterations. Not only that, she was uncommunicative and unapologetic, saying "it's not my fault." Not sure how she stays in business as she is unprofessional and rude. When I picked up my coat, I discovered that they failed to cover the leather piping during cleaning, which caused the dye to bleed onto my gray coat. I noticed this once I got home and immediately brought it back. I was told to leave the coat and that someone would call me. Six weeks passed with no calls. I left two messages and eventually went back to the store. The same woman told me there was nothing they could do other than refund the cleaning fee--\$35 for a \$1,500 coat. No one contacted me, followed up, or attempted to offer a solution. Do not trust them with your clothes, especially anything of value. They do not stand behind their mistakes or even bother to call customers back. I am disgusted that they pride themselves on being a family business while showing so little care.
