He abruptly grabbed the gun and in a condescending and arrogant tone stated "Don't do that again" and commence to unload the shotgun with shells flying out on the floor. I stated then I didn't like his comment and there are other stores in the area. He said "yes sir". I did reply to him I informed him in the beginning that it was loaded. This was not needed and he could have said in a nice way to please ensure the gun was unloaded before bringing it in the store. There are no signs stating no loaded firearms allowed in the store. This is not the way good customer service is and he lost my business and going to file a complaint with the BBB to let others know about the manager's arrogant attitude.
