We had to get approval from the HOA to have this done. DC provided all the documentation we needed, including pictures, and a link for the HOA to ask questions. We asked for a Fri/Sat for the project and they accommodated us. However, the work was pretty much completed on Friday. However, the next day it snowed and the temp dropped below freezing. The DC crew came out and placed warming blankets on top of the driveway. Then they picked them up and placed stakes and caution tape around the driveway to keep people and cars off of it. I was worried about the freezing and snow we had gotten, but Lee assured us that if the driveway should be compromised in any way, he would take care of it. The blankets they put on it left marks, but after a couple of weeks, the crew came out to "finish" the driveway, smoothing out those marks. We were able to walk on the driveway after a week or so, I believe. And now we are parking on it. It did take all of 4 weeks to get to that point, but the driveway looks great, we are no longer worried that someone will trip over the crack, and I'm sure this will help the value of our home. Lee and his crew are great to work with and alleviated all our concerns. As to the cost, we have no idea what cement work costs so we are not able to give an opinion on that matter. We wanted someone who knows what they're doing and are easy to work with, and we found them.

Great company start to finish. Communicative, upfront and delivered on everything promised…read more Listened to my concerns and helped navigate options throughout the process. Lee's team was fabulous. Guys are very experienced and work extremely hard to get the job done. No cut corners. Perfection. Guys are professionals. They did a full demo on our converted garage space slab. Repoured a new slab for new flooring we will be installing. If you are debating choosing any concrete companies, do yourself a favor and stop searching and use Denver Concrete.

We had been wanting to get it done so we heard the guy out. He initially said $1500 and we said no. He then dropped the price to $900. We decided to go for it. We had plans so we were leaving, and he said we didn't need to be there, and he'd have it done in a couple hours. The next morning we were actually able to see the job that was done... there were parts peeling by our garage, the cracks in the driveway still had weeds in them and he just sprayed over them. There was sealant spray drops on our sidewalk. We reached out to the guy, and he said that our "cracks were pretty deep" and basically brushed it off. Now mind you, when we left he was digging out the cracks. He never said anything about needing anything further like tools to complete that. He basically admitted to not having the tools and kind of brushed it off, but said he would "talk to his boss". He got back to us the next day and said there was nothing he could do because we "didnt pay for crack filler". That was never told to us, that it was separate, or even an option. This company is a scam and absolutely ridiculous. How they can conduct business like this is mind blowing. Look elsewhere, as there are far better, more reputable, options out there. All we wanted was for them to fix the areas that weren't done properly, and instead they told us we didn't pay for something that we were never told about. Absolute bullshit. If I could give zero stars I would've.

They did this job for us. The price was reasonably, fair and service was great and made our…read moreexpectations.
