He explained everything and was done quickly. My reason for 3 stars is because on the phone they quoted me $89 to clean the entire couch. The technician then said it would be $250... He took off $60 so the total was $190 but that's more then double the original quote. I paid it begrudgingly because it needed to be done, but the stains were not major so the experience was marred.

Very strange experience…read more I made an inquiry through yelp and they promptly responded with a price. I scheduled with them. The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. The couch is a light couch with extremely light staining. I will attach a picture of the couch that needed to be cleaned. Buyer beware. Initial conversations were just fine but the worker who came to check the couch had 0 customer service knowledge. Awkward experience.

I must say I am not a slob, but I lead a very busy life and kinda rush so yes I do miss a spot every now and then. He and his team cleaned every corner of my bathroom and ever got the dust from around the window ceil. He also cleaned my carpet, I thought it could not be restored but look at the difference!!! He and his team are courteous, respectful and timely. I do like the fact that he called the day before to confirm the appointment, then he called to let me know that he was about 30 minutes away. The parking in my complex is very difficult, so he went the extra mile to unload and then go park in the visitor section of my complex, so Dejuan I am very grateful for the extra effort. If you need a mansion, efficiency, ranch home, farm home cleaned, or just a carpet cleaned, call DeJuan's Cleaning Services. He and his team are efficient, and he is very transparent with his pricing. I did another review without the photos, but seeing is believing:) Until next time, VJ ps don't call Tyron call DeJuan:)

Nabi was right in line with the others on price, though there was another place that would have been cheaper had we been willing to deliver the rug to their plant. We didn't really want to do that, so that discount was immaterial. Nabi worked with me on scheduling a pickup that was very convenient. The two guys who showed up were friendly and professional, and gave me some good information about how much the repairs to the torn fringe corners would be. He noticed we had no pad under the rug, and had no trouble talking me into buying a rug pad -- thankfully, I had already done research on rug pads, and knew the one he was offering me was high quality and an excellent price. Easy sale :-) The cleaning took a little less than a week, and the repair took only a few days. For the return of the rug, once again it was at my convenience. The friendly folks who brought back the rug placed the pad and the carpet where I wanted them, and were pleased that we were pleased. I was beginning to think that there weren't any places left that took pride in their work and were good to their customers. But Art Underfoot has restored some of my faith in local business!
