This place is fitting for its name. It has an elegant feel, yet very homey feeling. The Budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help you find what it is you need or want. read more

Update: Since my visit and review I've seen multiple posts on both Reddit and Facebook of past employees referring to this place and owner as a nightmare of harassment. Sad to see, really. Shop local, but support business that deserve it. Original: This place is definitely being flattered with the 3 star overall review. I would rate a 1, but the person who helped me, Lucas, was very kind. That was the only positive. I've seen a lot of discourse on this business online, and I can see why. read more

Only 2nd time here and never again. Their curbside barely exists. So this time I walk in and ask for my pick up. Won't take my us passport that clearly states on the US govt website it's valid. Went through three young goofballs (one of which flat refused to read what I was showing him and contradicting what it said in black and white as a result. ) for two vapes. Cash and tip on hand and kept for another business. Was merely here out of convenience but not that inconvenient for my go to. And the others are less expensive and less odd inside. I give everyone chances and wasn't frustrated until the 3rd dude wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain and demonstrate. And the first man heard me say, "not worth it for two vapes" and said "oh then I have the wrong order." Smh lol I finally just said it's fine I'll go somewhere else. What else to do if they weren't going to sell the vapes to me? Why be surprised I'm leaving? I wasn't rude just matter of fact. And I walked away. Just as I'm out the door I hear him say "have a great day." Prob not sincere but if so why wait? It doesn't matter it's just for the review. I see they already have some other unfavorable reviews. Unfortunate... read more

I got scammed with a Bait & Switch two days ago. I told the guy behind the counter that I wanted the product that had 26.20 THC, the one I pointed to. He grabbed two pre packaged envelopes then hurriedly said go to this register,( across the room), without looking on the package, (my bad). I paid then headed home. There I saw that he sold me two grams of 20.14 THC product. I wouldn't but from this clown ever again, he was latino. read more

Diamond Cannabis - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

I have been a customer of Diamond Cannabis, Grants Pass, since they opened for business many years ago. I am 71yo, retired, and live on a small, fixed income. I entered the store the week of July 1, 2024 asking, specifically, for a high % CBD, OIL tincture. I cannot drink alcohol. The Customer Rep said she did not have that but had one with the same %'s I requested, in a "Fluid". She even stated that I could still use the eye dropper from an old OIL Tincture bottle, to measure it out. Got home. Took one eyedropper full. Immediately sensed something wrong. Checked the ingredient list: "...contains Ethyl Alcohol...". I Just came back from the store with the goal of returning the product for a refund. I was informed by the Manager that she could not accept the Return "because the bottle had been opened (1 dropper full missing). This bottle costs $22. Significant for someone in my financial state. This product would NOT have been purchased without the Diamond Cannabis employee recommendation. I have been a long-term, loyal customer. I do not plan to Return. To The Manager: I hope it is financially beneficial to you to make a loyal customer pay for your error. It must be. read more

Went on an uncrowded sunday. But still seemed like the workers could care less if anyone was in there. The guy that helped me was so beyond cool (in his own mind, unfortunately) said the customary things (thanks, etc) but could not mean it less. Just kept looking and talking to his co workers instead. Herb is good, but sooooo overpriced. I would look somewhere else. I just happened to be downtown and saw this place. read more

I called them back after purchasing 2 cartridges and only getting my Senior discount on one of the items. Some female told me that would be stacking discounts. I said bullshit, every dispensary I've ever been to gave the discount on the entire purchase. Not just one item. So, if you go to Diamond Cannabis only buy one thing at a time or you'll get screwed on your discount. Better yet, go to Zuni Farm Stand where they bend over backwards to give you your discounts. F*ck Diamond Cannabis. read more

Purchased flower on sale, two ounces. Can't complain about potency however as one who grinds for J's couldn't believe harshness. Seeds!! More than a few per ounce. I don't know about their top shelf but no sale smoke here for me. read more

The atmosphere is always fun and great prices. It's always great to see all the smiling faces.

I would much rather use an herbal remedy versus a chemical remedy for sleep. This is my go to shop locally. Jazzy is amazing.

Used delivery service. Professional courteous on both ends Jose and the pretty delivery lady. Thanks

I got a couple gorilla glue prerolls because I forgot to bring my stash. I'll never do that again! read more

Called a day prior to confirm they had clones. They said they had some and JAY said they would be getting more that night for the next morning. We live 2 HOURS away. We made it here at 9 when they open only to find out they had ZERO due to supplier issues??? WASTE OF TIME AND GAS! I get it isn't directly your fault. But it directly wasted my time and time is money. You can apologize all you want. But the ball was dropped. Dont tell customers that if you really don't know. Get a reliable source! read more

Wow. First experience going to a dispensary since turning 21 and Stevi was the most helpful and kind employee. She really took her time to explain everything to me and it really helped me out. Those employees truly care about your experience and that is hard to find! Best dispensary! read more

My friends and I were treated very poorly by 3 staffers of Diamond Cannabis tonight while we stood outside the store. The 3 were rude and 1 of the 3 (long braid with shorter grey hair on sides) flipped us off multiple times and yelled, cursed at us and parked his vehicle near us laying on his horn to harrass us. Granted we were not customers, but as a service person myself, it is inappropriate to treat members of the general public this way. read more

Stopped in here after getting dinner right down the street. We were on our way down through Oregon to California and have stopped at a few spots as we go. I was surprised by the low star reviews because this place was plenty fine. Very sleek and clean interior. Like a shiny watch store. There were a couple people working and while the girl couldn't help us find what we were looking for, the lad stepped in and guided us to exactly what we wanted. standar price for a preroll. Overall a fine and breezy visit. read more

New Cannabis store in GP. Beautiful exterior. Looks like a fancy jewelry store - then you notice 'Cannabis'. Oooohhh. Very nice interior too. Good selection under glass shelves. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Shopping for an Indica extract cartridge with mid level THC. They had a menu to look at but I prefer to read the boxes to see the contents. Price was a bit more than I've paid elsewhere but this place had a larger selection. read more

Purchased some edibles (cookies) and later noticed that they were 2 months old, with only 3 days left before the expiration date. I returned them to the store, unopened and still refrigerated, and expecting to exchange them for a fresher product. The clerk made a phone call to whoever is in charge and the answer was that they had not exceeded the expiration date so they were still good and could not be exchanged. Was hoping to save them for a few weeks but they expire in 3 days. I trusted Diamond to sell fresh edibles, but now feel like I was burned. Caveat emptor. read more

I was only able to get about 20 puffs on on my pen before it was oozing brown oil. I brought it in to the store to exchange it for one that worked. The clerk informed me how annoying it was to go through old transactions, handed me back the wet pen, and there was nothing he could do for me. I was expecting a more accommodating experience considering how much I've spent here. Spend your money with someone else who stands behind their products. read more

Had a great experience at Diamond Cannabis today with the help of an employee named Ariel. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was there for. Her recommendation was valid and sincere. I appreciate the effort and support in these times of uncertainty from a great establishment. Much love! read more

I walked by this place and decided to go in. I loved that everything inside was clearly labeled. They had a nice selection and the staff was helpful. I'll definitely be back. read more

There was a person on the sidewalk, outside the business, inviting us in. We decided to take a tour of the new business. I should mention that we were in town as visitors from Reno, NV and had been visiting my 84 year old father, who was with us at the time. We were all impressed with the simple clean lines and decor of the store. Everything was beautifully displayed and clearly priced. We had a few questions that we addressed to the waiting helpers behind the counter, and they were answered politely and knowledgeably. The prices were more reasonable than back home at our medical cannabis dispensary. I hope that when Nevada starts their recreational sales in July 2017, that we have a store that is this nice and friendly. Grants Pass should be proud! read more
