Second, half of story continued.....now had a third instance with her where as soon as I came in I noticed her but only wanted to buy what I wanted to buy and leave and ask her if I could look at a specific flower, she looked at me and said didn't we kick you out before? And I replied no. I've never been kicked out. But last time you served me you were extremely flustered, and then she said I knew it was you and said " what do you want? I will serve you Even though I don't have to... Now I took exception to this because again she was being extremely rude, I asked her why wouldn't you serve me?? And then she said last time you were in here you were yelling at me and I replied I was not yelling at you and I was extremely nice to you. But you were extremely rude to me. I even told you that I would not complain because you were probably having a bad day and hoped that your day got better and then congratulated you on your home.... She kept talking over me was extremely rude yet again and I asked if someone else could help me and she said she was the only one there, she had then said I could speak to a manager on the phone and I said please. At this point I want to speak to a manager. She pulled out her phone as I was already on speakerphone and she was recording our whole conversation, and then she just kept talking over me non-stop being extremely rude and telling me that I'm yelling at her or raising my voice at her even though I wasn't whatsoever... She then kicked me out of the store and told me not to come back and that I couldn't come back... I went outside, told my girlfriend in the car what had happened and then came back in just to get her name which again was Aaliyah, and to get the owner's name which I guess is Paul... But before she would give me her name she kept yelling at me to leave. Once I got her name and the owner's name I left... And about 15 minutes later called the other location to complain about her terrible customer service and rude attitude. The manager at the other location. Alicia was extremely nice and apologized for her employees behavior. In fact, the only reason I would consider going back is because how nice Alicia was, if not for her I would never give la mota my business again. She assured me Paul would have a talking with her and that this was not the first time she had employees call about how rude she's been, even my girlfriend has been into that location multiple times. We have never been in there together yet. That girl has been rude to her multiple times also. I wasn't surprised at this track record of customer complaints and her being rude be belief to people as she was rude beyond belief to me for absolutely no reason... The next day I went back to la mota to pick a little something up. Hoping she wasn't there, unfortunately she was there. As soon as I walked in she said leave. Now, I said is there anyone else here that can help me? She said no. You need to leave now. I told her that I had spoken with her manager and she assured me that I was not kicked out from the location and they still wanted me to come in and give them my business. She said " go or go to court" and she repeated that about five times and I just walked out ... Immediately called the other location and got a hold of Alicia and explain to her yet again what was happening, Alicia came to the location and served me what I wanted.... If it wasn't for Alicia I would not give them my business and honestly I shouldn't be even giving them my business.. I'm not sure why she is in customer service if she hates her job and treats people like absolute dogshit , as a business owner myself, if my employees were acting this way I would absolutely want to know about it as soon as possible and get the problem solved by any means necessary. She will be costing them business.... But I will say Aaliyah is the only rude employee that treats customers like s*** every other employee I've had.
