I went to the Crater Lake location due to a weight mismatch between a dab rig and basket I bought…read morethere as a pair. After watching these tiny little rigs tip over due to the weight of the heavy baskets three times now, I decided to go in and buy a smaller basket, better suited to such a lightweight rig. The young lady, Shawna, was super sweet and immediately went to ask a manager for assistance. The first manager that came out, Lucas, was super polite but seemed extremely confused about what I was telling him. As a result, I asked to speak to someone else. That's when Jason came out. His entire demeanor was argumentative, dismissive and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly interrupted me to ask questions like, "was it tipping over in our cabinet before you bought it" - questions obviously meant to delegitmize my experience. I wasnt even asking for a replacement for free. I was simply asking 1. To purchase an appropriately sized banger for the rig I purchased from your store and 2. To address this design mismatch moving forward so this doesnt keep happening. Jason continued answering in a very condescending manner, exclaiming that this is the first time he had heard of any issues with this product. I explained that even if I am the first person reporting the issue, an issue is still being reported. He continued interrupting and arguing, clearly attempting to continue delegitimizing my customer experience. As if a customer complaint is some sort of argument, or I was being a "Karen" for daring to say something contrary. I asked him if I could speak with the owner and he told me no, and then quickly added, "but I can give you their email".

I used to love this place! The staff was awesome, they knew their stuff. I'm not sure what…read morehappened, but this place is awful now. The products are all the same and have been forever. The flower is extra expensive at this store and awful quality vs at its sister company Emerald Triangle for whatever reason. Super annoying for people like me who like to try new things, but stay loyal to a store. I feel like the current staff doesn't know nearly as much as the last crew did. I've been coming to this store for a long time, and it just seems to me like the management is a huge issue for the company. So honestly, I can't blame the new employees for their lack of understanding or training. From what I'd overhear from the last crew, they didn't get much training either. Maybe the store would improve with better training for everyone. I really love this store and I hope these issues can be addressed and fixed for the sake of the regulars who want to feel like regulars. New staff all the time makes every transaction feel cold.
