It's not so much their vendors (typical/average), and I'm unaware of any proprietary grown cultivars by Budz themselves, but their staff is their saving grace. Solid Budtenders who understand their products and canna subject matter at large make all the difference and well curated specials at solid price points. Yup, they offer grams from about $2 to $17 (no corelation to potency/quality in all cases). Budz also gives loyalty cards that give 25% discounts on future orders of any size. When we first located to GP we tried other local stores like Diamond but were routinely treated with indifference, snarky gate-keeping employees and below average pot that's generally old, dry and without redeeming qualities like solid frost and delicious preserved scents... I entered the store the week of July 1, 2024 asking, specifically, for a high % CBD, OIL tincture. I cannot drink alcohol. The Customer Rep said she did not have that but had one with the same %'s I requested, in a "Fluid". She even stated that I could still use the eye dropper from an old OIL Tincture bottle, to measure it out. Got home. Took one eyedropper full. Immediately sensed something wrong. Checked the ingredient list: "...contains Ethyl Alcohol...". I Just came back from the store with the goal of returning the product for a refund. I was informed by the Manager that she could not accept the Return "because the bottle had been opened (1 dropper full missing). This bottle costs $22. Significant for someone in my financial state. This product would NOT have been purchased without the Diamond Cannabis employee recommendation. I have been a long-term, loyal customer. I do not plan to Return. To The Manager: I hope it is financially beneficial to you to make a loyal customer pay for your error. It must be.
