I hope it was dog hair. Fwd is more pleasant by far with the same top shelf selection. They welcome people in and give you water on a hot day, hell even saw I had a dog outside and offered him in with a bowl of water while we waited. That is customer service. My score is based solely on a phone call. I'm looking for a specific brand of oil for my dog. My regular shop is out and their next delivery is next week. My dog can't wait as she has severe seizures. I'm calling around trying to find a store that sells the brand I need. I called Redwood Cannabis, but never got the chance to ask. You only get a recorded message saying if you want to know what they sell to come and look for yourself. Pretty bad customer service. I'll go elsewhere. read more

OK folks, I'm not going to lose any sleep over being banned from Redwood Cannabis by the owner for giving them a 1-star review. How do I know this? Because the owner told me himself when I went in yesterday. He said to me "I'm going to ask you to leave and never come back because the review you gave us was mean and we have only been nice to you". OK - so I guess I hurt his feeling. I'm the first to admit that one of the best things about owning your own business is that you can refuse service to anyone for anything. That's the way it should be and I support that 100%. But news flash - NOT ALL REVIEWS ARE GOING TO BE GOOD - but I believe (as a small business owner myself) that the right way to deal with an unhappy customer is to win them over with quality customer service and quality products. But that's just me. How did he know that it was me who gave the review? Because I used my real name when giving the review (and matches my ID) because I didn't try to mask who I was. After he told me I was trespassed from RC, I said to him "I stand by everything that I said in my review and I wouldn't change a thing that I said ~ especially now"! He called me INSANE and told me to leave immediately. So folks - if you want to give your $$$$ to a place that reacts to a bad review by trespassing the person who gave it - just keep going to RC. If this whole thing doesn't sit right with you either - take your business to some place that offers real CUSTOMER SERVICE and truly appreciates you. I have no doubt that a FAKE 5-star REVIEW will follow this review ~ because that's what they do that whenever there is a bad review posted. Refused service because my military ID was expired, however due to COVID 19 causing complications with renewal, the government has issued a notice allowing expired military IDs to be used until July 31st, 2021. Dude at the door was rude too. I went to this dispensary to get medicine and even though I have proof I'm a patient and my card number & expiration date, they would not give me my discount. It's sad that money is more important than a medical patient getting their medicine. read more

First off I come to this place out of sheer convenience. Even though their pricing is out of control. I still check it out from time to time, But I attempted to take a picture of the menu to show some friends. Then was told to delete the picture due to them trying to keep their menu private. After this I was asking about pricing and the "door guy" got very offended and told me that I could be quiet or leave. Also was telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that places don't have better pricing then what they are giving. I was in and out quickly, the budtender gave me what I want without trying to upsell me, and the joints burned well and got me high. I have been a loyal patron of this store for some time I have a small service dog named jack that when he is wearing a service outfit they let me in they know this a real service dog a service dog does not have to wear an outfit,, I went today to get some flower with jack he wasnt wearing his service dog outfit and I didnt bring his certificate I was not let in the store after reminding them he has been here many times in the past ,,, I was very angry and eventually told to go to to another store ,,, that they didnt want my business,,, fine by me I will never step foot in that store ever again I would tell anyone that I know they do not respect or honor service dogs and I will report them to the correct authorities,,, read more
