"This is all promotional grade and he won't accept". Never did they raise the lid and look at individual pieces. I was so Humiliated. Very loud comments and people in store! Staff should be more polite to clients. I was snubbed and rudely treated. Another jewelry store enjoyed looking at my pieces and a deal was made!
