From the moment we booked, the team was super communicative, welcoming, and friendly, which immediately put us at ease. I especially want to highlight how amazing they were with my son, who is autistic. They were exceptionally patient, kind, and understanding, never rushed him, and still managed to give him a fantastic haircut. He even asked for a different barber and the new barber also did a poor quality job. Its painfully uneven from the back and looks like a mullet hack job. Its disappointing that he spent the time & money to give to this business only for them to continually disappoint. He's a nicer person than I am, so thats why I'm leaving the review on his behalf.
