That's not good customer service by any means. Hair cuts cost a good amount of money now and for someone to treat you like crap while you have to pay them $50 is mind boggling. Not to mention the $20 cancellation fee he was charged for canceling many days in advance. I get last minute, but multiple days. Sounds just like a money grab. Will not be back.

There is also plenty of parking at this location. Before Sam moved here, I would get to his shop early before opening so that I could get my haircut early and head on to the rest of my day. There would always be a line of loyal customers waiting for him. Many of them tell me stories of being Sam's customer for over 20 years. When you see so many loyal customers, talk to them, and seeing them line up early or wait inside, you know that he is a great barber. With online appointments, it so convenient now. Sam always remembers my haircut style and those of his regulars. He always gets my haircuts perfect and spot on. He's very friendly, always smiling, and is a great conversationalist in sports and current event topics. Sam has been my barber for 3+ years and you better believe he'll be my barber till he retires or I move. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.
