Hands down the worst barber experience I've ever had. First off, they gave me a terrible haircut that I had to go to another barber right after just to fix. Total waste of time and money. There were no visible signs anywhere saying they were cash only, and they never warned me over the phone either. They don't accept cards or even Zelle. When I told them I didn't have cash on me after the cut, they started harassing me over text. Instead of handling it professionally, they sent multiple insulting and vulgar messages, mocking me personally and even texting me a picture from the shop saying I could "come sweep up hair" to pay for the cut. Completely unprofessional and immature. I've saved all the screenshots and I will be reporting this place everywhere I can. Avoid this barbershop. They have no respect for customers, no skill with haircuts, and no business operating like this. read more

This shop was exactly what I was looking for. Having just moved to Roseville from Sacramento, I had to look for a new barbershop to go to. All I need was a quick zero on the sides and two on top, beard trim and shape, nothing more and nothing less. No need for a fancy shop that charges an arm and a leg. A classic, old school type barber shop and this was it. Great classic tin signs all over, tons of respect for our first responders, and lots of local and national sports love. I came in as a first timer on a rainy Friday morning as soon as their shop opened. I can tell that they have built a lot of rapport with the local community and beyond and upon walking in, I can tell why. These guys shoot the bird and are true artist about their crafts without all the fancy stuff other "high end" shops provide. Quiet for me as I was just taking in the atmosphere but it was a great place to be and seemed like a great hang. I got what I asked for, and an amazing cut as well. I didn't ask the barbers name but he was on the second chair. He was very polite in asking what I needed, and at the end he made sure it was what I asked for. I asked for a bit shorter on the beard and he got to it right away. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would, I am definitely going to continue to support this shop. See you guys soon. read more

We were turned onto this old school barber shop by my brother (Midtown Jerky ) Ryan and it's a gym baby . My boys and I had our hair cuts done up by Al and Jr. both were excellent and Jr had my younger son talking about fortnight and very comfortable. He was a little nervous until then . He cut his hair perfect. Then Al cut my older son and I and he was awesome. lined up my son from a previous bad hair cut and gave me a great haircut . He made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I'll definitely be coming back and the place is clean and they had college hoops on . Which was perfect . Perry's barbershop is The best barbershop in town! Whether it's a fade or a classic cut I am very picky with my hair Perry's always seems to deliver to me and my families expectations. My little nephew who is 7 can get a bit impatient as he gets his haircut at times but @ Perry's it tends to be a different outcome. I drive 30 mins (without traffic) to ensure my hair is in good hands from any of his barbers. You can't go wrong with any of his barbers as they all take good care and fake there time more importantly. I highly recommend this barbershop in all of the 916! Underrated! Just moved to Roseville 6 weeks ago and I have been lurking on Yelp to replace my old barber for a month. You walk into the shop and are greeted like you are a regular. I waited about 15 minutes for one of the 4 chairs to open up. It is a very comfortable place with constant wise cracks and jokes. I had the pleasure of getting Perry himself. I came here on a recommendation from a friend. Al cut my hair and I have to say it was one of the worst hair cuts I have ever received. My hair is uneven and actually 3/4" longer on one side. I found out later, my friend has only had the barbers in the first two chairs cut his hair. Judging from most of the reviews, the better barbers are up front. I am sorry if this reflects poorly on them. I won't be going back and I recommend staying away from that 4th chair! read more

Perry's Barber always has customers on the sideline bench waiting in line patiently. There's a reason for that and these guys know what they are doing, so we try to make it out here first thing in the morning. They're open Tuesday to Friday 9-6PM and Saturday 9-4PM. My hubby and our boys get their haircut here all the time. We've tried various places but they just don't compare to Perry's! We just took our 1 yr old son to Cory this past week to fix someone else's work. Sides and top were crooked and didn't even out. Cory did have to cut most of his hair off to fix it and now it looks great! Came here on the recommendation of a friend, left with the best haircut I'd ever received. I waited about 25-30 minutes for a cut around 4 o'clock - completely worth it. Pete (who cut my hair) was professional and responsive to my preferences. Many times I will give a barber license to do what they think looks best, and Pete did just that with great results.
