Not to mention the $20 cancellation fee he was charged for canceling many days in advance. I get last minute, but multiple days. Sounds just like a money grab. Will not be back.

UPDATE -- Owner Demonstrates Excellent Customer Service…read more Following my review, the owner personally contacted me to discuss what happened. He was genuinely pleasant, receptive to my concerns, and forthcoming about the situation. He acknowledged that I wasn't the first customer to express concerns about this particular barber and informed me that it was his final week with the business. He was kind and understanding without making the situation unnecessarily difficult. While my original review accurately reflects the experience my son and I had, the owner's response has given me a much more favorable impression of the business itself. Mistakes happen, and not every employee will represent a business to the standard its owner expects. What matters is how leadership responds when those shortcomings are brought to their attention. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and make things right. It was appreciated.
