We were then given the run around and were told to buy a new one for $22,000 for the one I have or $18,000 for a York. I have never had issues with this AC. We called Tri-County and they sent Steve who is their most experienced and is 73 and works part-time. He put a new capacitor and took a breaker out that was fixing to cause a fire one day. Only $201.85 and the problem was solved. I highly recommend this company and will call them again.
