A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specify a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

To cut a long story short...kendall cars lied and claimed they had sent a cab and lied and said they had called me when in fact they hadn't even sent a cab and clearly called their partner company when they realised the error and didn't have the decency to apologise but instead called me a liar and hung up on me.
