Boy, the reviews of this facility are not good. My experience was good. I came for X-rays because I hurt my back. This was my first time here. My first impression was not so good. I walked up to the reception desk. Two ladies were working. One was on a personal call and ignored me after seeing me. The other one after noticing it assisted me. She was professional and attentive. My wait time was not very long. I was then asked to move to another waiting room. This second waiting room had a door. This door was heavy and when you have back pain, painful. It was hard to open. It took my two hands to keep it from closing on me. My wait time in the second room was brief. I was taken to get the X-rays. The technician was very nice and professional. I had some difficulties getting on and off the hard X-ray table. I completely understand that is not the technician's job due to liabilities to interfere unless trained but I struggled. I was awkward, like a turtle in pain on its back. I wish they had rails or something on that table to make things easy for patients to get on and off. The customer service was good. I did not have to wait long. Sometimes is the little things we take for granted that make a difference. read more

Scam. They closed without any notice Pembroke Pines and Hialeah locations, I don't know about the other two locations but they seem going down. They never sent record of service they billed to doctor and they never answer the phone. read more

My appointment was at 9:30 and I didn't leave until almost 12 for two ultrasounds. Honestly, I'm a very patient person but there is not sense of urgency or organization here. To be very frank, bare minimum professionalism as well. I do think there needs to be some type of training and structural revamp here throughout every role. I was borderline going to go to another location or make another appointment elsewhere but this was already o overview and some what urgent. I will not be returning to this location and possibly going to another type of diagnostics center. read more

I am basing this review simply off of customer service. I did not come here to actually be seen. I came here trying to track down my health records. I'd initially called and someone I spoke to in the medical records department told me that they'd found my name and that I could come and pick up my medical records. However, that was not the case when I got there. Apparently, someone with the same name had also gotten x-rays done there and since I called over the phone there was no way that she could verify that; even though I gave her my date of birth. However, the young ladies that helped me at the reception desk were super nice and went above and beyond to assist me and tried their best to help me. Which I greatly appreciated because this location is not close to my house at all. Not to mention it was not their fault that I was mislead. With that being said though, that is the reason for the 4 stars. Despite the fact that I was over the phone, I still do feel like that this could have been verified over the phone. If the birthday's did not match, then that should have been the end. In the rare event, that the wrong birthday was typed in they do scan the ID. She could have asked me if I were blonde or to verify my address. There are other ways to verify this because you never know where people are coming from and that was surely a waste of the trip. But because of the two ladies in the front, it wasn't a total disaster. read more

If you value your health do NOT go to this facility. Giving it a 1 because there is no 0. I had an ultrasound performed on my right side and they provided a report indicating it was of the left side. When I went back there personally and requested a corrected report I was told that images indicated the left side. I was present I know what was done and reiterated that repeatedly but to-date they will not provide me with a corrected report and just keep saying the prescription was for the left side. Do NOT go to this facility! Horrible experience and forget it if you don't speak Spanish!I Read their reviews and go where you can get a good experience. This place is downright scary. If indeed they are of a left side then whose results did I get and where are mine? read more

The front staff that checks you in at diagnostic imaging were amazing. Extremely professional. I can not say the same for the tech, Eric, who did my CT scan. He came out to waiting area, called my name and proceeded to walk in front of me and did not introduce himself. I had to ask his name. Once in the room he never explained the procedure, what to expect or that he was going to start my IV, he just placed the tourniquet around my arm, when I asked him what he was doing he said "I'm starting your IV". I had to hold my arm straight out in the air while he started my IV and said "don't move" which is very hard to do while your arm is straight out in the air. He then left the room and never said a word to me. I was left wondering what was going on. Shortly after he left, the table I was laying on started moving into the CT machine. Eric then came back into the room did not say a word to me. Next thing I know I felt burning sensation all over my body and in my chest area. I started to get scared not knowing what to expect. I asked him when he was going to inject the IV dye and he said "I already have" I asked why didn't you tell me before you push the medication into my body and his answer was "I just told you." He then said "why are you so angry" I told him I was not angry I was just scared and would like to be explained every process along the way to make me feel comfortable. After the test was over he came over and took my IV out without saying a word taking the tape off pulling out the IV and put a Band-Aid on and told me I was free to go. He did not explain to me what to expect after words nor did he tell me to drink a lot of fluids to flush out the dye in my system. I started to drive home and I broke out in hives on my body and was itching everywhere. It would have been nice from the start if Eric would have told me his name without me having to ask him and if he explained what he was going to do, the process of the CT scan and what to expect afterword to make me feel comfortable. That did not happen. I hope he reads this review and can improve his communication skills with patients to make them feel comfortable. read more

I went for a procedure and wrong result were given cause I ended up in ER 3 days later. Called them repeatedly for explanation they gave me run around take cd's of hospital records etc. Never gave me a justifiable reason I finally gave up. Who knows if my results were given to wrong person. I will never set foot again in that place It could of cost my life. read more
