Coming…read morefrom the "hospital experience" and a big OB group with our first child, we were disappointed with the impersonal care we had received but also somewhat nervous to try an out of hospital birth. Palms Birth House made all the difference in the world. We can't say enough how (1) personal and friendly the front office staff was (they know your name when you call and are INCREDIBLY responsive!) (2) how patient and kind Elizabeth, the midwife, was at every visit (she spends as much time with you as you need, there's no rush to get you out the door) and (3) how professional and calm Elizabeth was during our fast-middle of the night-on a holiday-home birth. Palms Birth House treated us with dignity and compassion, and I will never consider another hospital birth again. Thank you for showing us how wonderful birth can be!

Finding them and getting to travel the journey of pregnancy and delivery in their care will forever be one of the great blessings of my life. Elizabeth is extraordinary. We wanted to have an experience birthing our son that felt natural and with as little intervention as possible and we had just that. At every step Elizabeth had the perfect answer for any question or concern that I brought to her or stories of friends birthing issues that I was concerned about. She was easily able to express how she would handle those moments if we found ourselves there. Throughout the pregnancy she was relaxed and gave us all the information to make the decisions we needed to make without making us feel stressed or imposed upon. We laughed at every visit and looked forward to seeing them all even though it was a 35 minute drive from our home in Jupiter! From my very first call, when Tiffany answered, she was full of helpful information and that's remained true to this day. Everyone goes above and beyond. It is nothing like an experience you would have at a doctor's office where the wait times are long and they have you in and out quickly. The service is so personalized it's truly amazing. My mom could never get over how long Elizabeth spent with us at each check up. If we have more children it will definitely be with them and I highly recommend it to any mama looking to bring baby into the world in a most loving and tender but also intelligent and safe environment!

Starting with scheduling, Karen was very patient with me, fitting my busy work schedule with the testing schedule. Angelica greeted me nicely upon arrival, and sign-up was easy and short. I did not have to sit and wait. Right away, Narkeisha, the mammogram technician, came to pick me up explained the procedure to me regardless of my clinical background. Then, Natalia greeted me and was very professional for my ultrasound. The completion of both tests was under one hour. I did not experience any long wait. Great experience. This place is fantastic. I would highly recommend it for your no-delay testing. I am so glad I chose (ODC) and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this incredible practitioner and human being. With Kathy's guidance and expertise, I was able to have the VBAC I was seeking. She advocated for me consistently and coordinated with everyone at the birth. Kathy has a quiet authority respected by the hospital staff, a firmness that always felt compassionate and empowering to me. When she said 'push,' I trusted her. Kathy communicated with my Doulas consistently for the the first phase of my labor, for many hours throughout the night, before I ever set foot in the hospital. She fielded their questions and guided us into that sweet spot between not staying at home too late and not getting to the hospital too early. We arrived at the perfect time, thanks to her! I booked a facial wrinkle treatment online. Although I was a new client at your clinic, I have been…read morereceiving facial aesthetic treatments for nearly five years and have previously used products like Botox and Xeomin. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. There was absolutely no effect after getting the treatment on my forehead. In the past, when I got Botox, the forehead lines would disappear the very same day.
