It's been a bit over a week and even only at day 2, I was not feeling any pain, so she did a great job. And now, at day 8, I still have no pain and aside from food getting into the hole, I have no complaints. It still won't be 5 stars due to the initial snafu, but the procedure itself and the care from Dr. Park makes this place worth going for the actual dental care part.

I talked through a very specific financial plan with them that accounted for when I was getting paid and how much I could do. I THOUGHT I was being taken care of. Didn't last one month before the strangeness started with billing -- telling me I didn't have to pay anything when I came in, then calling me on the phone the very next day, I pay it, they say I haven't. Then I go in for my next appointment to fix a temporary crown. I was late by LITERALLY 2 minutes due to their long line and they decided to take someone else instead of checking to see if I was waiting. They told me I could wait there for many hours OR come the next day. So I come back the next day and they refuse my service due to....you guessed it, the bill I was told I already covered with my first payment, then told I didn't pay, then I paid again, only to still somehow owe them money. Dr. Connolly is the best dentist that I ever had in my life being 73 years old. I wish I would have found this dentist practice 20 years ago. I had severe gum disease which other dentist practices just said pull, and pulled my teeth out. So i winded up having all my teeth pulled in my lower mouth. I had 2 implants, implanted in my lower jaw and had a overdenture that was made by the same dental practice. They were good and I had no complaints. On vacation I lost my over denture and needed a new one made. Went to dentist practice close by who proclaims himself as a dentist to a sports team. This dentist made a overdenture for me but it was never made correctly, he had no experience making a overdenture. I couldn't eat or chew anything and could not wear them. I heard good things about Bedford Dental Care from another dental practice who told me to go there. I went to Bedford Dental Care and met Dr. Connolly who made a new overdenture for me. I am now able to eat & chew normally again. I can even eat a steak. I had to have a 0 Ring replaced today and I wasn't charged anything. I had a crown put in where I had a chipped tooth that I'm not certain needed a crown to begin with the tooth had a chip but not that big of a chip missing. I had no pain coming from the tooth before the crown after the crown I had discomfort and pain after chewing. I went back 2 or 3 times with the problem they did an exray and some kind of adjustment that did nothing. I was told it did not have a lot of support in that area because a few missing teeth and this was the problem. This is bull because I had no pain or discomfort before his so called crown. If this is how they do business they should not be allowed to practice Dentistry in my opinion.
